A clean and well organized store. The big bummer is that Sierra always has more than 2x the amount of menswear than women's. I try and shop there for outdoor clothing and gear and 80% of womens sizes is yoga clothes. Almost every single women's wool sock is a factory defect. It would be nice to have some parity of quality gear.

The sales associate, Sophia, was super nice to my Piper!

I said I had to hurry picking up an order because my dog was in the car (49° and rainy so she was ok with my friend in the car) and she immediately said, "Bring her in, we're dog-friendly and I'd love to meet her!".

We both had a fun time shopping, and she used her new bed for a nap on the ride home. Will definitely return soon... the both of us

The sales associate and manager are not properly educated with their merchandise and unaware of their situation. I was looking to purchase a fishing rod and reel combination and found one with a missing reel. No big deal because I liked the product anyway. I went to check out and asked if I could possibly get a discount because of the missing reel, so the sales associate called her manager. The manager looked at the product and said it does not come with a reel. I explained to her that it does because the product info says combo and had the specs and the reel was already prewired. She explained to me that combo just means it's a "2 piece" rod. Clearly, she has no idea and tries to divert my attention by telling me that the locking mechanism is very nice, which is very insulting. I politely told her that it was standard design. I guess to solidify her claim, she said, "She doesn't sell a rod and reel combo for just $14.99." I went back and took a picture of another product for $14.99 that wasn't missing a reel. Isn't the point of this store to sell products at a hugely discounted rate? Why would she make such false claims? I watched her and her associate stand by the entrance and not once greeted their guests. So much for welcoming customers.

It's just a clothing store. They don't really have much for equipment of any type. Wal-Mart is better for equipment.... that's pretty bad. I have lost all hope. There isn't a decent outfitter in South Jersey.

When you see something you want, get it quick. Lots of good quality name branded stuff. Inventory turns quick. Nice array stuff for your 4-legged friend as well. Friendly staff and they have a veteran's discount.

I buy way too much stuff here 😂 I love it because they have great deals. They sell alot of higher end brands and lots of camping equipment for decent price. I got a pair of Pit Vipers for 40$ you can’t beat that lol.
