Prices are ok. Store is organized. The only issue I have is a few of the items like the only 2 remaining corn meals had expired in February and the other in March. I have to return the sour cream that expires, 3 days from purchase date & that's a nuisance for me because walking can be an issue and I've not yet seen the electric cart.
The Customer Service is really good here. Especially at the deli and the seafood department. The crabs were cooked for me at no extra cost and they were on sale both times I visited the store. Oh 1 more negative- you have to pay for the cart with a quarter like at Aldis which I never shop at because of that.

Don't let you use self checkout at more than 25 items. Stupid policy. I do it faster and better than cashiers anyway. If you do that, open more lines then. Never returning.

not a great shoprite to be at. I instacart so i’m at quite a few grocery stores. This Shoprite is doing its best, but it needs serious help in loss prevention. I work in retail and noticed several people had carts FULL of meat and labels were falling off (as if things had been switched) and it wasn’t just one or two people. there were people walking around with book bags unzipped, items clearly almost hanging out. There was so much to see you couldn’t possibly report it all at once. If it’s just one person in security, that needs to change because no way one person can see all that’s going on here. i’ve never seen so much theft at a SHOPRITE. walmart has a lot of theft, but shoprite?!

I placed a delivery order 12/12 for a slot reservation for 12/14 at 3-4:00. It is now five hours and still NO groceries after calling THREE times and they’re saying it’s on the way. Better yet, they took my money 😡

My rating is based solely on the exceptional customer service I received at the Laurel Hill location. Initially I stopped at the Berlin location, but after trying to get a riding cart & getting no assistance I had to leave. I have to say that at least 8 employees at Berlin saw me struggling & walked right by me without a word.
The next stop was Laurel Hill where a young man brought a riding cart to me as I parked my car. As I am very limited in mobility due to MS, I struggle with movement. Without even having to ask multiple employees offered me assistance in reaching items. The cashier was very helpful & even offered to get someone to help me take the groceries to my car.
All I can say is that, this was my first experience at either store The treatment at each store was so completely different.

I purchased an already made cupcake assembly that looked like a Christmas tree for $12.99 that was in the window in the bakery section. It was a waste of money tonight. It was dry, hard, and tasteless. Yulk😧😵 I brought it to a Christmas party at my church 12/20/24. It was over cooked. That will make the cake dry. I should have purchased crimpets like I started too. I know which Shop Rite NOT to purchase in house baked cakes/cup cakes. Use a timer. Sam's club doesnt disappoint.

I went to shoprite to get free turkey yesterday not for me for a family having hard times all to find out it was picked up on the 11/18 i was Pissed i Said BY WHO THEY LOOKED UP PIC AND SAID TWO WOMAN BUT I COULD NOT SEE IT WIULD VIOLATE THERE PRIVACY CAN I IMAGINE THEY Basically stole a $40 turkey and used my phone number. They violate my privacy and they told me they couldn’t help me and even show me the picture of who rob me because it would violate their privacy. I’ve never heard of such a thing. How is anything violating their privacy when they use my phone number and stole from me they should have no privacy. The pictures should be blasted all over the Internet. God knows how many people they done this. Only thing they purchased should’ve probably doing this to a lot of people that should’ve been a red light right there. I will never shop at that ShopRite again.
