I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Joseph's incredible help during my recent visit. I was struggling with some bug issues at the kiosk, and Joseph came over right away, ready to assist. He listened intently to my concerns without any hint of doubt or blame, which was immensely reassuring.

I also had a small favor to ask since I had my three young children in the car, one of whom has special needs. I mentioned some dietary restrictions, and Joseph went above and beyond to accommodate us. He personally went to the kitchen to ensure everything was handled just right, and his willingness to help made a world of difference.

Thanks to Joseph, I had such a positive experience, and I'm genuinely looking forward to coming back. His kindness and understanding truly stood out; I've visited many Royal Farms locations, but none have offered such exceptional service. He possesses a natural ability to connect with people and understands what it means to be fair and helpful.

This location was not only clean, but the rest of the staff were incredibly supportive, and the food was fresh and delicious. I truly appreciate all that Joseph did for us. Thank you again!

I stopped here and was very pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I received from Kristie. She was polite, professional and had a great attitude. Not often experienced in this day and age. Thank you for the great experience..

This is a great Royal Farms store. We purchase fried chicken at this location. Apparently they deep fry their chicken in peanut oil. It's absolutely delicious.

No matter what time we go there, or why we are there (order food, lottery tickets, etc.), the people working there are incredibly rude to us. If I were the owner of this location, I would want to know that the personalities of the people working there are keeping me from having a successful business. It is so obvious they hate being there and resent having to assist any customers with anything. I would suggest canning everyone (with the exception of a lovely gentleman cooking the food) and get some people who really want to work. There’s plenty of other stores of this type that would be happy to take our money, and we are happy to give them all of our future business. So sad.

It's crazy for me to have to put 2 stars because I love a lot of the food here especially the breakfast wraps and coffee. Love the gas too but today ruined my experience and I'm not sure if I will ever be back to order food again. I ordered two wraps this morning but unfortunately I couldn't come to pick them up because my car had an issue and I needed to go get it checked out. After I did that, I had to go to work.

My order said that it was successfully delivered but that's BS because I never got them. I called to see if Royal Farms could hold onto my wraps until 3:00. Not only did they not answer my phone call or call me back after I left a voicemail but when I had showed up, my wraps were gone and I had walked up to the counter to ask about it. These two workers just kept walking back and forth and past me not asking me if they could help me or anything. I'm just standing there looking like an idiot and I asked the one worker about my order from this morning. He tells me he wouldn't know because he just got in and wasn't working at that time. Ok but can't you get your manager or someone out to help me? Horrible customer service and these guys seemed like they didn't wanna bother with me and didn't wanna be there. I'm screwed out of $10

It’s 5:50 am. I’m trying to put gas and no one is here. I know how to do it my self but they have a different way of putting the amount money you want to use. The person who was supposed to be working outside was inside just standing there. And talking to the cashier. He said that he wasn’t outside because his shift was about to end.what a service.

The gentleman at the Friday morning Rofo counter can make a hell of a good sandwich.
He was also incredibly sweet & showed me how to use my app reward for a free coffee.
But godDAMNNN that sandwich !

If I could have left zero stars I would have, I am in those bathrooms almost daily on my way home from work and everyday they are filthy!!! And it's not just regular filthy but there are weeks its the same disgust just left!!!! I don't even want to hoover it's so nasty, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves and obviously the whole crew should be fired for not doing your jobs since it's daily and weekly, I will never eat a scrap of food from this place y'all are disgusting!!! The next time I'm in the I'll take pictures.
