I recently got a new work email which wouldn't open on my phone, just a message saying "Getting messages" which it never did for 3 weeks.
I took to 5 Verizon techs in 3 diff. stores, they were all puzzled.
The man at Summit Tech Center fixed the security issue in 5 minutes and with no charge.
I am very grateful!!
Thank you smarty pants!!

I can't say enough great things about Summit Technology and Rubal. I was very eager to get the new iPhone and he helped me through the whole process and I had it in a week! Phone setup and date transfer was a breeze. Great selection of cases and he installed the protective glass for me. 10/10 recommend!

Molly and Rubal offer outstanding customer service. The client feel special and well cared for while getting all the technical questions answered. This is per a senior member of the community! go there soon for supplies and advice. they even offer home visits!!

We’ve had multiple awful experiences with other Verizon’s in the area and this location was amazing. Rubal was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us through the entire experience of updating both my phone and my fiancés phone. The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish and we will definitely come back to this location for any future Verizon visits.

I honestly drove almost 30 minutes from my home because the service was supposedly great here. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I ordered an Apple Watch with the purchase of my new phone because I was told the price would be around $100. With the trade in deal, I said let’s do it and we ordered the watch. When the device arrived I drove back to the store. Upon purchase, I was told the watch was substantially more because the associate quoted me the incorrect trade in price. The associate who quoted me was there and tried to back peddle. He knew what he said because he ordered it for me! I clearly only ordered the watch due to the price discussed. I understand mistakes happen but this should have been honored, it wasn’t. Unreal

When even the geniuses at the Apple store couldn't help me out, JT at the Verizon store was able to get me an iPad for my wife in time for Christmas AND get it all set up quickly, AND over-deliver on his promise. He had told me it would likely NOT arrive on time, but it did and he called me on Christmas eve to pick it up. Outstanding service!

JT was fabulous. He handled my multiple needs very efficiently, effectively and exceeded expectations. While I was in the store another customer commented on the wonderful service. When choosing a Verizon store, this is the best!
