Jim was FANTASTIC!!! He scanned my feet and brought me so many different shoes to try on based on my feet scans. He was very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable! I ended up buying the new balance fresh foam 1080s! & two pairs of running socks!

Always a great experience coming here! My boyfriend and I have bought a couple of pairs of shoes from here and these last two times the (i believe) assistant manager helped us and he is so kind and helpful and directed us the right way to the best fitting shoes for us!

Great experience in the Summit store. I was fit in this store and was done in a a half hours time with the most comfortable sneakers I ever wore. Great salesperson! He was very personable and he zeroed in on what i wanted.

I came in for the first time today and was more than pleased! Upon arrival, I told Jim I wasn't planning on making a purchase today as I am waiting on a Fleet Feet gift card. He still took so much time scanning my feet, answering my many questions, and finding a sneaker/insert combo that worked for me. The customer service is impeccable considering he knew he was not making a sale that day. I could not be happier with the experience I had today, and I am looking forward to returning to make my purchase!

The staff at the Summit NJ store was extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to scan my feet and fit me with a great fitting sneaker. I haven’t ran in them yet but I can certainly feel the difference just having them on. They were patient as I narrowed down my options and struggled deciding between two pair that felt great.
