I love this store. The meat is fresh and they have fresh fruit already cut up and ready to eat on the go. Staff was helpful and nice. They have hot fried chicken and other hot food items as well as salads.

Publix is very clean but most of everything is very expensive. I do like some of their deals and it is close to my house.
I have experienced a few friendly checkers, but not many. Not much eye contact or even a friendly, “ hi, how are you today?”, always, “did you find everything ?”
Customer service lacks personality and the pharmacy has issues getting some of the medications due to “shipment delays”; would be nice if they could send a notification of ETA.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Entire meat section empty. Not one chuck roast which was advertised. I came in to do weekly shopping at 7:45 am. If you open at 7:00 I should be able to shop for everything I came for. So I left without anything

The Daphne Publix is where we do most of our grocery shopping. It is always exceptionally clean and the entire staff is usually quite friendly. Specifically, I would like to say that Victoria is one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met. Each time we encounter her while working at Publix she is remarkably kind and considerate. We truly look forward to seeing her when we shop there. Publix is extremely lucky to have her!

Clean, beautiful grocery store with ample selection of fresh produce. The bakery is delicious. Lots of yummy treats, fresh bread, and even pizza dough. Best buttermilk frosting ever! Deli has made to order sandwiches as well. Sushi is blah. Great service and friendly staff. Baggers always offer to help you out with your groceries. I never take them up on the offer, but it's a nice touch.

I am deeply disappointed with the frequent closures of the pharmacy drive-thru. Over the past few months, it has been closed 5 out of the 6 times I've tried to pick up my prescriptions. For many, the drive thru is more than just a convenience - it's a crucial service that provides accessible and safe access to medications, especially for those with disabilities and limited mobility.

The consistent lack of staffing in the pharmacy is not just an inconvenience; it reflects poorly on Publix's commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. These closures create significant challenges for individuals who rely on the drive-thru for mobility reasons, and they also pose a public health risk. Customers with contagious illnesses, such as COVID, strep throat, and the flu, are forced to enter the store, potentially infecting a number of individuals.

It is incredibly disappointing and infuriating that proper staffing and consideration for those who depend on this service are not priorities for Publix, who claims to pride themselves on exceptional service.
