Amazing. We order every Friday night for take out, usually pizza. We've tried so many specialty pies and they're all delicious. They're quick, delicious, and best of all - consistent! The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is great. Easily our new favorite go-to.

Food is good, but the atmosphere and energy are excellent. You are greeted with friendly smiles as soon as you walk in. The place is immaculately clean and spotless. Even if you're just stopping in for a quick slice of pizza, you will be served with a smile right at your table. Amazing service that takes you by surprise for a pizzeria. Good job training your staff!

Smiles and a warm welcome at Carlos cucina, a family ran pizzeria. This becomes immediately apparent when you see the pride they take in giving you the best they have to offer. This is more like a pizzeria restaurant. It has a large full service seating area. They also have great service. But great service means nada without good food. Don't worry they have GREAT food. Easily making Carlos cucina Italiana, the best in the area by a long mile!!

Had a piece of plastic in my Italian sandwich. Sucks cause the sandwich didn't taste bad but obviously this is completely unacceptable. Can't in good conscious recommend anyone go here.

Wow absolutely delicious pizzeria! They just opened up last week and they completely renovated the entire restaurant with new dining tables and kitchen equipment. I was surprised the restaurant is based out of NY and glad they decided to do business here in NJ. I decided to order 2 plain slices and a Jamaican Patty. Which was something that caught my eye and eat all the time. The slices were delicious, including the Jamaican Patty. They were rich in flavor and the slices were extremely cheesy! Would definitely come back here and give it another go with the rest of their menu items. Awesome service guys!

First time stopping in since changing to "Carlo's Cucuna". Hoping to meet Carlo but he was not in, don't worry Carlo, your staff was great! Ordered a pizza "to go" and it was great! Lot's of mushrooms and pepperoni topping a nice soft crust. Newly renovated interior looks very nice. Will be back for a sit-down dinner next time.
