Tim was so easy to work with. He listened to our needs and worked with us to fit in our budget. Tim is knowledgeable, patient, and quick to communicate. We had a few changes when our original plans changed after measurement, and Tim made it very painless to correct. Our new kitchen cabinets look beautiful.

Measurements were wrong causing various problems. Didn't include finishing to the cabinets and got different stories from different people on if it should have been included. Had an appointment with the representative who worked with us and was a no-show with no excuse. Had to reach out constantly for a status on our order. Poor overall customer service.

Order cabinets. Price was fair took off from work for the delivery of the wrong color on arrival. They tried to pawn off their mistake by asking if I would take the wrong color. I replied no and I want what i ordered. Still haven’t heard from them on an update or eta. They no nothing about customer service. Mistakes happen but it’s how they are handled
