The sunniest home away from home. If you are a Lilly lover like I am you need to go visit Palm Place. Or if you’ve never shopped Lilly this is the perfect place to start. They are under new ownership and the new owner is the SWEETEST ever. There’s no way to not smile from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out. The new location is adorable and the staff treats you like a friend they’ve known for years. Not only that but they are SO child friendly. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff is so helpful, passionate and knowledgeable about the product they are always so willing to go out of their way to help find your perfect fit.

Wow. You can tell the new owners of Palm Place have so much passion for the brand and customers. The new store is lovely in design and function. Rachel and Billy put a lot of love into this store, and you can tell as you walk around.

Rachel and her staff are so helpful at finding the right piece to add to your closet, and are cheerful to do so. They are patient and give you as much time and attention as you feel you need. This is a high quality retail store with high quality staff! Check it out if you can!

What a hidden gem! With a huge selection of LP clothing and accessories, as well as spacious dressing rooms to try on items, Palm Place is a great place to shop. It’s tucked away in a small shopping center so isn’t the easiest place to find, but it’s worth the effort.

First let me begin by saying that I believe in supporting our local businesses and that is the main reason why I was going to that store, however, after the way I was treated by “Erin” an employee at that store, I completely understand why people are shopping online. That young lady needs to be educated on how to treat customers that might not be so happy because the store completely messed up! Instead of deescalating the situation, she made it worst by giving me attitude, instead of apologizing for the store’s complete mistake, she acted as if it was my fault that the store gave me the run around on an order that was placed a week ago, when I was told I would have the order in three days, and at the end, was told that the print that I wanted was not available. I visit that store frequently and had notice that Erin was not very friendly and I ignore it, but today was the icing on the cake! She was rude, and unprofessional. Sadly, the store has lost a customer.
