Always a pleasant experience (aside from the prices) at all Publix locations. Not all are built the same this one is just big enough to have the majority of things you are looking for and more that you don’t need lol! This is one floor but just big enough to not be out of breath whilst shopping because some of them are huge. This one is an average size. Nice local Publix with just the right amount of options available.

I loves this Publix near me. Clean, friendly and convenient. Never had an issue. But I want to shout out to one employee particularly. Charlene she I believe is a assistant manager. She is the greatest. She is friendly helpful and sometimes you can look at her and tell she is having one of those days and she still keeps her smile and attitude at the best. Hey Publix name one thing from South America on your shelves! You can’t because it’s all Mexican. How about quit stereotypyjng and lumping all Latinos in with those from Mexico. It’s ignorant and honestly it’s discrimination. Either take down that South American sign, or actually put stuff from South America on there like stuff for arepas, empanadas, arequipe, etc. in Colombia you have to ask for black pepper at most restaurants. They don’t eat spicy salsa. I know for a fact that my wife, who is from Colombia, hates all of the references to Mexico when people talk about latin America. They aren’t the same and you need to educate yourselves and show some class.

Was having a bad day due to poor customer service at a previous store that I went to. Was greated as soon as I came through the door by an associate offering assistance and a smile. When I was walking down the aisle to get the items I came for, I was asked if I needed any help from another associate. The cashier was very accommodating and pleasant. Left the store in a completely different attitude than the one I had coming into it. Thanks, Publix, for your great customer service! Can you start to train other companies on how that works? Please.

I have been a loyal customer for any years and always appreciated its convenience and customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this store have been disappointing. A manager, or front house lead, named Charlene displays confrontational behavior and lacks professionalism. On multiple occasions, she has handled groceries carelessly, throwing them into bags, which comes across as both disrespectful and dismissive. Her approach seems to prioritize demonstrating authority through a bad temper rather than fostering a positive customer service. I do not recommend this store. I hope Publix corporate management addresses these concerns to ensure all customers feel valued and respected moving forward.

Ordered two chicken wing dinners from the deli, and both meals came home with the incorrect sides and on top of that some of the wings weren’t done! Y’all need to do better.. If we lived closer it all would have been returned.
