I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience I had at Ilumina in Zephyrhills, especially thanks to Sarah and her manager Grace. From the moment I reached out for assistance, they were both exceptionally supportive and understanding of my situation. As a teacher and a single mom, I was dealing with the aftermath of the recent hurricane while also working in shelters to help other families. The stress was overwhelming, and I was genuinely worried about where I would spend the night.

Sarah went above and beyond to get me into my new apartment sooner than my original move-in date, which made all the difference. If it weren’t for her quick action and Grace’s support, I might have found myself sleeping in my car or at a shelter. Their compassion truly turned a challenging week into a hopeful new beginning.

The apartment itself is beautiful, both inside and out, and I feel so fortunate to call it home. The amenities are absolutely amazing, and I am particularly excited to try out the pool! Ilumina is not just a place to live; it’s a community that cares. I am incredibly thankful for Sarah and Grace and the warm welcome I received. This place is truly a blessing, and I couldn’t be happier to be here!

Sarah had so much patience with me as I viewed MANY MANY different apartments over a few weeks time. I continued to come back and view more and she always had a smile on her face and was willing to help. She never pushed me into choosing a unit or signing a lease. She understood it was my decision and just helped me along (in my time). I finally applied and both Sarah and Grace were so considerate of my situation while I waited even longer before making a decision on moving here.
Months later, I came back and Sarah was off. Leah showed me even more apartments and then both Leah and Grace moved me into an even nicer apartment in just a matter of a few days. They even stayed a bit late just to make sure I had keys in hand that night!
I’m glad I waited and I’m glad I moved here, as I have the best view!
I feel like I’m in Jamaica all over again! Every day! 🌞🌞🌴
The biggest difference with this complex is they are still nice and say hello to you even after you have moved in.
I have been around a lot of people that work in leasing and once you’ve signed, they ignore you and your needs. So far, this is not the case here!
Thank you Grace, Sarah, and Leah for putting up with me and causing me NO stress!

Sarah Harris is the agent that worked with us. She made our transition very smooth. Also she was always available for questions. She is very efficient and also very kind. On moving day she made us feel super welcomed. As far as the apartment, it is beautiful!!! And thus here is the best location in Zephyrhills. Walkability, I give this place as well as Sarah, a 10 plus!! Great experience…

Before moving here, I heard all the negative remarks from previous residents or guest or whoever had their opinion.

I see nothing wrong with this location. The location is ideal. The prices are lower and better quality of living. The staff is always helpful. Amenities are maintained and available.

My only negative remarks would be the security gate is constantly broken and the grills by the pool smoke badly (needs to be replaced)

Outside of that. It's EASY. I would recommend this apartment complex anyone that what's constant living. I know what to expect and they deliver.

Hi Everyone,
Recently I made an appointment with Leah who is one of the Leasing Agents at this beautiful Community.
I was hoping to find a nice and clean apartment but a particular location.
Luckily for me she found the perfect one that would suit my needs.
She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional.
I also had the pleasure meeting Sara (Leasing Agent) and Grace the Community Manger who were also very kind and professional not to mention the Maitainance Staff here is fantastc.
This community has a very relaxing vibe which is extremely important.
If you are looking for a phenomenal apartment in the Zephyrhills, FL. area this is definitely your location.

I can't say enough about these GORGEOUS LUXURY Apartments, we ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT This AMAZING & THRILLING COMMUNITY🥰 living in these luxury apartments feels like we’re on a VACATION EVERY DAY! They come equipped with everything you can think of from modern kitchens, bathrooms, a resort style pool with cabanas and hammocks, elegant clubhouse, and a state of the art 24 hr fitness gym! My favorite part of it all is the MAGNIFICENT STAFF MEMBERS, EVERY ONE of them treats us tenants and guest like their very own family! They're so warm, welcoming and accommodating ❣️Sarah Harris made the biggest impression on our family as she was our leasing agent and gave us the royal treatment! Every encounter with Sarah is so refreshing and pleasant, she is very knowledgeable and anticipates our needs, and fills them without delay! She always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with so much love and genuine excitment! Grace Valdes the property manager is very efficient, professional, personable and expedient in handling and resolving unforeseen occurances. The entire staff at ILUMINA Zephyrhills adds to this wonderful environment of JOY and PEACE, they are never too busy to tend to any concerns that may arise! The maintenance and upkeep of this community just BEAUTIFIES IT EVEN MORE! Our first greeting as we entered the leasing office after receiving our approval was WELCOME HOME and it sure does feel like home! If anyone is thinking of moving here please don't hesitate to do so, it's A DREAM COME TRUE, an EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEVER FORGET NOR REGRET🤗 I will continue to refer these luxury Apartments to everyone I know ☺️

We love Ilumina Zephyrhills! Leah and the Manager were so helpful in getting us in our new home quickly. The apartment is beautiful, the community has great amenities, and maintenance solved the one problem we had within an hour of notifying them of the issue. The location is also great with restaurants, a grocery store, convenient store, banking, and a gym within walking distance. Check it out!
