The whole process from reviewing the products to the quote and install, Tony and the Twin Brother’s team was wonderful. Tony was very patient and answered every question I had regarding the products. The project for our home was estimated to be completed in 5 days and it was done in 2 days! The floors look amazing and the team that installed the floors were so kind. You can’t go wrong with Twin Brothers! We will definitely use them again!

Twin Brothers Floors did an outstanding job installing our full house carpets and tile foyer. Our thanks to Mark and the “A” team for the care they exercised in moving furniture, removing the old buckled carpets and installing new carpet. A few months ago we experienced an unfortunate water leak in our home. The water worked its way to our great room, office, bedrooms, and closets, destroying our bamboo floors and carpet. Twin Brothers flooring was one of the first vendors that I called and asked them to come to the house and give us an estimate so we could provide to the insurance company, Mark came out to our house the same day that we called and treated the situation with the same urgency as we were feeling. Once the proposal for replacing the floor was submitted and sent to the insurance company it took over six months for the insurance to settle the claim. During that time, Monique from Twin Brothers, is always very pleasant and friendly followed up with us every month to see if we were ready to move forward with the work. Twin Brother's team of Alex and Gustavo were the ones that handled the installation at our home. They arrived on time on the day that we were promised and immediately got to work. The guys were friendly, organized, neat and extremely efficient. There was no doubt that at these two gentlemen have been doing this for a while, and were not just two laborers hired on a whim. Once they were done, they placed all the furniture that they had to move back in it’s original spot and did not leave the house until we had inspected the work and we were satisfied with the job. It was a pleasure doing business with Twin Brothers flooring. Truly one of the best Experiences that I’ve ever had with a contractor in 30 years.
