I'd give them three stars because the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and gave clear instructions. I did not care for the woman behind the counter with grey silver short hair, she was very snooty. When people are in business to serve others you might want to work on your people skills or personality which ever you prefer, it makes a big difference to leave your customers with a good feeling.

I love Gena there, she is amazing. Great demoner, kind, understanding, genuinely happy. Their new girl I don't care for she not very nice but the one who runs it Gena is amazing. Would rent here again as long as she is around. Not climate controlled but good to store what doesn't need it there. Small unit is bigger then you think.

Horrible management staff. The worse customer service experience I've ever seen. Totally disgusting. The gentleman who's there all the time is a total prict and the lady assistant who sits at the desk isn't any better. Just lousy individuals.

I've been renting a storage unit here for a long time and have never had any issues with U-stor. The managers are friendly and helpful. Once I left my unit unlocked and they called me and told me that and locked it up for me. I like the security there. I also like the 24/7 access in case I need to get something from my unit late at night. Other storage places have restrictive hours when you can enter your unit. They re-roofed a few years ago and recently repaved the entire lot. Very nice! Prices are comparable to nearby storage facilities, perhaps even lower.

Seem to be good people, price was a little high in my opinion but it has been quite a few years since I've needed a storage unit. 24/7 access is great. Clean property, clean storage unit. Overall good experience. I'd recommend this storage facility to anyone.
In response to the one star from Chris, I would just say use common sense. If you've ever owned a business or understand the responsibility of business ownership, there's liability insurance they have to pay for, and when closing time comes around there's a lot of work that goes into making sure everything is closed up properly, I would have just come back the next day. She may have been sitting down, but you have no idea of her responsibilities in insuring everything is done right and ready for the following day.
