Absolutely the worse repair company I have ever used. It has been over a month without a washing machine that is under warranty.
First they came to determine problem. Waited over a week to replace a wiring harness in the mean time the switch broke because lid
Did not release- called them so they could bring a new lid switch but when they showed up to change the wiring harness they did not bring a lid switch. Now we are over 4 weeks in and washer is. It repaired

Our freezer craft ice-maker suddenly begin malfunctioning. After beginning the warranty repair process with LG, my case was sent to TB Electronix. Once the replacement unit arrived, the technician John arrived and had the new one installed in about 15 minutes! He was courteous and professional, and obviously knew his craft. We were impressed, and highly recommend their company!

Awful company. Technicians have no knowledge and a very rude. Zero communication from the office and lies being told for parts being ordered. Waited weeks for parts when told it would only be 4 days the. When tech arrived he realized after awhile he ordered the wrong parts. Brand new dishwasher stopped working after 4 days. Now still waiting after 7 weeks. Don’t use this company.

Would never recommend. I had an appointment at 1 PM For service on my dishwasher after waiting for 20 minutes, I called the office to Check the status of the technician and was advised that he Arrived at my residence at 1 PM and I said that’s not correct because he’s not here. Went outside and he was sitting in his car, I was advised by the Technician that he was catching up on his emails. He at that point came into the residence spent less than 10 minutes. Didn’t run any test, opened the dishwasher and said it needed to be cleaned and told us what to get to clean it and the reason for the soap scum was because I was using the cascade pods and they were not dissolving. At no point did he check the temperature of the water or anything. Very poor service. Will never use again and never recommend

First I want to give my technician 5 stars! Gary Simmons was great! The company itself, no. Scheduling is not good. They don't put you down when they say they will, even after you get a text from them with the scheduled date! Parts don't come in when they expect, unless the part never was ordered. Who knows for sure, except them. I no longer buy appliances from Lowes or Home Depot because the repair companies they use are not good, to say the least. I found a local shop that sells new and used appliances and have their own repair people who are competent. I will repeat, Gary Simmons did a great job and was a very pleasant tech to have. After waiting 3 weeks for my washer to be fixed I was thrilled to at least get him!

‼️ warning ⛔️ stay away from this place. I had selected them to service my washer thru Lowe’s warranty and they lied and then had zero follow up. They came out to assess the washer to see what needed repaired and then told us it was the drum that was cracked and the part would be ordered and be in within a week and they would come out and install. Sounds good right? Well they never submitted the repair to Lowe’s warranty because they never saw it leak so the technician lied to us. I called back several times over the course of the next week that eventually grew to two weeks and they kept saying it was Lowe’s warranty that they were waiting to approve it. Come to find out they never submitted it so that was a straight up lie too. They finally submitted for a replacement 3 weeks after that came out to assess it and Lowe’s approved it that day. They then FINALLY said they ordered the drum. When I called back a week later to check (now a month since they came out) they said they didn’t have a tracking number. A WASHER DRUM…NO TRACKING NUMBER?! Even temu gives you tracking!!!! After calling back one last time which has now been 5 weeks since the initial visit they said they would never to “check with their parts department and call me back”. You guessed it, they never call back. This place probably stole Lowe’s money and are keeping the part as Lowe’s finally had to just give us a new washer since the repair had taken far to long. This place is a scam and I recommend you think twice before doing any sort of business with them!!! They should loose their LLC for lying and defrauding Lowe’s warranty
