The purchase and install of my new pool heater, went very smooth from start to finish. They did a great job with the placement. I'm very with the results. I would definitely recommend this Pinch A Penny for all of your pool needs. Super nice people and they are always ready to help.

If I could give a zero star it would be here. Worst customer service ever. The girl at the desk is rude and works very well at scamming pool cleaning contracts. I'm new in town and thought this would be a legit service. Boy was I wrong. The guy who came to my house was nice. He was only here for like 10 min each time. After the hurricane I was told that the leaves was my job to clean. Here it is a month later andi had to clean my pool myself. Don't be fooled by these folks. THEY WONT ACTUALLY HOLD TO THEIR SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT A CONTRACT. They will however be consistent in taking your payment

Our Aquatic Center in Betmar recently had one of the pools resurfaced by Pinch a Penny. Palak, Edwin and the complete staff at the Zephyrhills store #181 along with the Pinch a Penny crew, lead by Casey were some of most professional, courteous and respectful group that I have ever had the privilege working with. We have also utilized the #181 store for equipment repairs and replacement. Their knowledge, expertise and timely service has been a great asset in keeping our pools running efficiently for our members. I highly recommend Palak and his staff. I have a problem pool, or so I've been told. I had a great pool service come to maintain it once a week. But despite their best efforts my pool was often cloudy and we were battling phosphates, pollen, rain you name it. My pool needed more frequent attention which wasn't in the budget. so I decided to try to maintain it myself with the help of the great people at Pinch A Penny. So far so good. My pool has never looked better. Photo on the left is before, the one on the right is after just 3 days apart.

Great service and response! Spoke with this location to help us get our pool back to normal. They had a tech out to diagnose quickly. After we confirmed the repairs needed, their tech was right back out the next day! Definitely recommend them for any pool service / needs!

Wow, just wow, just when you think you don't know anything about pools, here comes Anahi to the rescue explaining exactly what you need to do when you bring your water sample in for them to test for FREE. You might not understand pool talk in the beginning, but when you start pouring your own chemicals in the water, you instantly become a professional ( well at least you think you are) lol. It's definitely saving me the monthly payment I'm used to spending per month for someone to come out to maintain. Special thanks to Anahi, Kiernan, Sheel and Erica and the team at Pinch-A-Penny in Zephyrhills.

Been coming to this location for 10 years but they have recently gotten a new owner . I went to sign up for monthly service on new pool and he sold me on paying $900 for new pool start up. They never even went In The yard 4 times they visited. When they did . He would spot scrub a couple spots and leave . 3 days after start up was complete my pool looked like this . After going to the store and getting chemicals plus cancel my contract they wouldn’t even give me a refund . Even after the owner admitted they didn’t even make it in the yard 4 times . Take your money somewhere else !!

I had a local pool company bail on me with no call. I went over to pinch a penny and the owner Kalak was awesome. He got me service the next day. His tech Edwin installed a new pump and it works great! They also sent Zack over to vacuum and add chemicals. He was awesome as well. I need a new part for my pool but they have been keeping me informed on what is going on. I am happy with the service so far and looking forward to my weekly service from Zack. Kalak is very professional and didn't try to sell me on anything. I would highly recommend this company. They know what they are talking about and have great customer service.
