Been coming here for years . I feel like it going down because of evening staff I can only come in evening unfortunately.. every time I come in she is face down in phone . Last week I had to wait for her to notice to get change . Tonight she walking around vaccum on phone still slamming vaccum into the stool we are sitting at .. there is a good amount of people still here and she can’t get her face out phone , very sad thinking of finding a new location

I have been to In a Snap a few times and Michelle has been such a big help and is so friendly. She always has a big smile on her face. I have never seen such a hard worker. It is so nice to see someone care about her job so much!

This location is very clean including washers, dryers, floor, restroom windows and doors!! The attendant offered me assistance and was visible the whole visit. I especially appreciated the automatic doors as it made this laundry visit so much easier!

This is the first time I’ve been to a laundromat and I have to say it is very clean. It is very affordable as well. They take card at the machines and if u don’t have a physical card the machine to get cash (to eventually turn into coins) takes tap pay. The machines themselves lock during use so your items are safe and secure. They are also super fast and easy to use. The machines vary in size from 30, 50, 60, and 90 pounds for the washers, and 30 and 50 pounds for the dryers. Very convenient!! I definitely will be coming back here and I recommend it to everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

In a Snap Laundromat is great! I've been a few times and today I had a giant feather-filled comforter that didn't fit well in my washing machine. They have lots of machines, and best of all, you can swipe your credit or debit card to pay, if you don't want to use quarters. They do have a quarter dispensing change machine if you prefer to use quarters. To wash this giant comforter, it cost me around 7 dollars, and drying is about 4. If you have lots of clothes or just a few, you might be able to spend less, because they have different sizes of machines. In a Snap is very clean, and if you have a day off to do laundry, it is a great option in the Casselberry and Winter Springs area. April was especially helpful to me today, helping me with how to use the card payment service. I really appreciated April's friendly and helpful customer service! This laundromat is conveniently located on the corner of 434, across the street from Walgreens. If you are interested in a fast and easy way to get your clothes cleaned, I recommend this laundromat. They also offer cleaning options if you prefer to have someone else do the washing. In a Snap is a great place to go to get your clothes, bedding and everything else clean fast, even if you have your own washer and dryer. Recommend!

I also wanted to comment on some of the 1 star reviews due to a customer coming in late. The last wash is at 9:30pm. If you come in at 10pm and are upset that you are not welcomed into an establishment with clearly posted hours, that's no reason for a 1 star review. Businesses have employees that have families, other jobs, commutes erc., and their time is just as valuable as yours. Opening and closing times of any establishment should be respected and people need to plan accordingly and not give bad reviews because they wanted to go to a business that is in the process of cleaning and closing up, likely for next business day. There are 24 hour laundromats out there as well.

Very clean and organized I find here, they do have very helpful people. When I come by on Thursday's or Friday's in the afternoon the staff very mindful people. It's very comfortable and kind environment all the families here be having.

This was our first time here and a huge disappointment to say the least. We arrived at 10:25 with a small load to dry. Welcomed with attitude, snarky remarks, and contempt. The girl, Harley , the same one who also has negative reviews was mopping the floors, no wet floor signs placed, and started interrogating us about what services needed to be done and was hesitant about even letting us come through the door because she was mopping and “now there’s gonna be boot marks “. Huffing and puffing as we cautiously walked by and mumbling under her breath. I have never felt so uncomfortable while doing laundry that IM paying for. Never coming here again. It’s not a customer’s fault she decided to do cleaning during business hours so she can go home early. For that, close at 10:30.
