The Blake - Winter Springs, Florida

I recently moved to the Blake and have really enjoyed the property, the amenities, and the close proximity to everything I need. It is a 5-minute walk to Publix, restaurants, bars, and right next to Starbucks. Absolutely fantastic location. The property is really nice, and they are doing some great upgrades/updates.

The team on site has really been great. I moved from out of state and did not see my apartment prior to selecting it. The property management team set it up beautifully, got it cleaned up, and got all of the stuff I need ready in advance of my arrival.

I want to personally thank Athena, the manager, Kaitlyn, the assistant manager, Landon, the senior leasing manager, Steven from the property maintenance team as well as Miguel and Hector.

Kaitlyn and Landon have been especially accommodating throughout my move. Very helpful during the out of state relocation. Very grateful for their help in setting me up.

Steven has been absolutely fantastic in resolving a couple minor issues with my unit, but he is very thorough and on-task.

I lived at The Blake for two years, I loved everything about The Blake from the apartment living on the third floor and first floor. Even had a garage which made it even more wonderful. The clubhouse is a great experience they have gatherings with breakfast or dinner occasionally. The pool is great and clean, the gym is great never crowded it’s like having your own personal gym. Everyone that lives there is friendly and nice. Nice safe living area, The staff is amazing and helpful and friendly, my buddy Landon is great. I will miss living there take care.

These apartments are definitely one of the best I have ever lived in Orlando! Great location with all the amazing amenities and places close to it. Rooms are incredibly beautiful, modern and clean. I adore the design of every corner of The Blake Apartments. All the staff is attentive and very kind here. My roomie and I love to spend our free time near the pool area, as sunsets are something special there… Starbucks coffee is 2 minutes from our place, so it is great to drive there early in the morning for urgent coffee wake up!:)
Overall, I will definitely recommend this place to everybody! And me personally, I am planning to stay here for the future years, as for right now it is not possible to find something better in Orlando than The Blake Apartments!

Originally had 5 stars and couldnt be happier.

Now I have to sign up for some third party website all to say I dont have a pet. "Trying to crack down on unauthorized pets" is a BS reason to ha e me sign up for extra crap. I dont carr if its free sinc it comes with the threat if a 75$ monthly fee if you dont get it done and you have one week to do it or else.

Other than that the apartment area is clean and well kept. The clubhouse being one of nicest I have seen in Central Florida. Shame some silly corporate decision has to go and ruin the vibe.

On way to the clubhouse the cleanliness and the curb appeal immediately stood out and made me think the property is managed well. I walked into the clubhouse and Athena the GM introduce herself answered all my questions and gave me a business card. She told me contact her if you if I had any questions or concerns. After my tour meeting her staff, inspecting the property and touring the unit. I felt the GM and staff was very professional and the property was beautiful. The Gm Athena, her staff and the property is the perfect place for me and my family live. I recommend to everyone looking for a place to live. To visit this property, they will be satisfied. I have been a resident of The Blake for a little over a year now and it has been wonderful. The amenities and location is fantastic for anyone looking for a home like feel with all the extras. Landon has always been kind and welcoming, he is always willing to help us out with any questions or concerns we may have!!!!
