We have had such a great experience with Mattamy Homes at Hickory Grove! The community is beautiful and conveniently located. We love being able to walk to Publix or hop on the Cross Seminole Trail in a matter of a couple of minutes. We are so pleased with the workmanship and upgraded finishes of our home. The customer service has been great through the whole process, from our first tour of the community, through closing, and into our first months of living in Hickory Grove. We are so glad we didn’t miss the opportunity to buy in this excellent community!

As a realtor, I’m always looking for communities for my buyers that check off their must haves. Hickory Grove has a LOT to offer. This townhome community gives you that southern feel as soon as you enter, with the tree lined Main Street. The units fit the needs a many types of buyers. Amenities include a community pool with cabana, dog park, and playground, with access to a 22 mile walking/bike path. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes from Oviedo on the Park, 20 minutes to downtown Sanford. A must see for townhome buyers.

As someone who grew up around here, this spot is amazing. You can walk to shops, grocery stores, gyms, and great restaurants. Schools are close by too. The area is safe, clean, and has a great vibe. Super convenient and a great place to live!

Walk to shops and restaurants! Owner's Suite on the main floor option! 2-Car Garages! The location is perfect and the floorplans are open and comfortable. Trying to find a townhome with an owner's suite on the main level is so hard to find, especially with brand new construction. The community looks beautiful and very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants.
