Great kids watch area, always clean! My only complaint relates to other patrons not removing heavy weights from bars but that isn't really the gyms fault.

It's a clean, well organized workout facility with well-maintained workout equipment and locker rooms. The staff is friendly and it also has a sauna, steam room and large swimming pool.

Most of the staff are not friendly, the carpets are old and look dirty as well as the showers. On the other hand the equipment is adequate and I like the pool. For now I'll keep using it but there are other local options, cleaner and open 24/7.

Nice clean little shopping center with a Wells Fargo Bank, a CVS pharmacy, and a couple of small restaurants. Clean, and easy in and out, with plenty of parking available.

I love this place ❤️ the price right...the other patrons are friendly and there to work hard. And occasionally, if I don't know how to use a machine, people have been cool enough to help!

Stopped in for a brief look to see if this place was right for me. It was a clean and welcoming place to come work out. It was A-1 just like the steak sauce.

People no wearing mask properly. They not using towels or whipes to clean after themselves. They offer spray bottles, BUT they not enforcing their use. Had some guys walk all over the gym maskless for 2 hours no one said anything.
