Made a trip this Goodwill location. This branch has recently expanded this store. It’s a lot more spacious. They have so much in this store. I think it’s relatively organized and clean. The staff does a good job of keeping items off the floor and in place. Since the expansion, I will say that the prices are a little higher.$15 shoes are a little high for me. I resale clothes and shoes, so I shop a lot. I always find deals. They have a large variety of kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, cups and glasses. They usually have some nice furniture pieces. They have a pretty good selection of men’s, women’s and kids shoes. This store is a step up from other resale shops. The small appliances, electronics work. It’s not just junk. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to shop resale. Reminder that the proceeds go to charity programs.

Well, I stopped shopping at Barnabas because the prices were insane all of a sudden. They've since dropped because the manager there left. Now... they are here and have lost their marbles. It's a thrift store... not a designer store. Please stop marking prices so insanely high. Now dresses have gone up to $10. A vintage western hat in awful shape had a price tag of $59.99....

I'll continue going to the goodwill in jax that has kept pricing somewhat fair. I really hope this location changes up the pricing.

Dirty, unkempt, over-priced, items do not have price stickers, items on shelves are just thrown on the shelves, seems like everything is broken, out of date, and dirty. Clothes are organized by color not size. Very inconvenient. Stains, dirty, over-priced. Not a Goodwill but a garbage dump. Outside, the donation area has items thrown all over the ground, bins are overflowing.

This store is so hit n miss. I have really gotten some good deals in the past. But lately employees are rude and pricing is steady increasing. That is not OK for items that are 100% donated.
I have even been charged for items I did not purchase. I live over an hour away and that is not convenient. It's only a few bucks but still.
And yesterday I was refused to purchase an item due to it being priced wrong. That was rude. And I was checking out some higher end purses in the case that were priced $20-$30 but they were mostly dirty, missing straps, and one was completely peeling. I mean wasn't even worth a dollar. Please get better management or whomever is over pricing these items. Also dollar tree items should not be priced 1.99 n up.
They also did not give me stamps for my purchase.

So glad to see they listen. They are currently pricing very fairly. Every week I see new inventory. The store remains clean and organized. I wish I could go every day now so I don’t miss out.
It is a win-win for the community. 🙏

They are putting a lot of work into organizing and cleaning the store and it shows, however, they are failing at pricing. Big pieces like furniture aren’t selling. You see the same furniture every single week. $40 for a particle board side table, or $299 for a small dresser is insane. And these items are not in great shape either. Somebody has to look into their guide to pricing and come to senses. You can find better deals in your local Facebook marketplace.

The workers are nice, but everything else is awful—disorganized, dirty, crowded, and CRAZY OVERPRICED. I do not recommend this location. If you can drive to Jax, I recommend the Gate Parkway location, where prices are very reasonable, and the shelves are neat due to their fast-moving inventory. Someone with authority, please research why the Fernandina Beach location doesn't price fairly.

This goodwill is very organized with clean bathrooms. The employees are very courteous. We had an awesome thrifting experience here.

We didn't realize we were not given all our bags until we were home. So a call was made and confirmed they had the missing bag. We couldn't return that same day ,but my daughter promptly returned in the morning. And oh boy they had lots of bags that were not given to the purchasing Patons. My daughter couldn't find our bag ,among them. and they said they didn't do store credit or refunds. I know it was only a couple pairs of shorts, like $15.00 bucks.
But all those bags !!! would add up fast.
I love treasure shopping at Goodwill. But this was the 1st and last time at this location. Sketchy

Everything from shoes to electronics is horribly over-priced. I found a pair of shoes that had 2 tags that said $9.99, and two that said $4.99 The ladies at the register told me the where $14.99, because there was an old marker price that was barely visible on the bottom of the sole. The shoes where nothing special. I thought $4.99 was the correct price based on the condition, and that they weren't a name brand. Man was I wrong!!
