Amazing shopping experience
Kuddos to Elaine (in the fitting room) she took the time to help us find great combinations, different sizes and advice our daughter on different styles, even trying on clothes out of her common style
She did our shopping so much easier and fun for our girl that can never find clothes that fit her or good for her age plus the prices were just right

Why the store manager is treating other minority group with a rudest and meanest attitude? We just want to spend and be happy with Gap products. They don't welcome customers with a pleasant face or with smiling faces.

We shop at other Gap Factory shops across the US randomly and are welcomed tremendously without any hesitation.

Very large selection of good deals and great prices. I hardly ever find jeans that hit me properly and I managed to find 5 pairs. Highly recommended to anyone who is picky about their jeans.

The selection has really gone down the past few years. Today I accidentally told the cashier debit, when I really wanted to use credit, and he told me he could not go back. I wasn't going to make him re-ring everything, but what kind of system can't go back? I'm not sure why he didn't have that option to help me. The staff was friendly.

This store has the worst and rudest employees at the cash counter. I don know why people show up their faces as if they are not interested to work. I am happy to shop at other stores in this outlet mall which have better customer service.
