Great store and location. Displays were clean and orderly. Glenn, our salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable about the available products. We walked out feeling that we received great service and quality menswear. It was well worth the drive and time spent there. Clemente the Manager was friendly and gave us great information for our bridal party tux rentals.
Definitely recommend to others to make an appointment. I didnt realize how much time it takes to get each groomsman measured!

Glen at the Winter Park location went above and beyond to help us. This was my husbands first sport coat. Because he is so large and has 36" arms, we have never been able to find an off the rack jacket that fit him properly. Glen helped us find a tailored fit, but encouraged us to come back and get a suit that was made for my husband with his measurements. We assured him we would be back. Thank you for making my big bearded husband feel at home in your store. Its that type of service that will keep us coming back.

David Vincent is a class above. He knows his trade, he understands fabric nuances and can dress a guy to impress. This level of skill in the industry is rare and special. This guy deserves an epic raise. I will come to him always for my dress needs. I never looked better but more importantly, I never felt more confident and like I was the star.

Always a pleasure to shop at Joseph A Banks. Their air conditioner was broken, we all know how difficult and expensive that can be. They had several portable air conditioners to help. We had excellent service and help by the staff. Always great customer service.

Went here to purchase a tuxedo for my cousins wedding and very dissatisfied. Got fitted and went back to purchase and they lost my records so had to get re fitted and measured. Then got tailored, took 3 weeks just to find buttons missing on button down shirt and pants were not how I wanted. Don’t recommend

Lucia was incredible. Walked in, said what I needed, she measured me and provided exactly what I wanted/needed. Fantastic service, amazing response to the customer. Would recommend to literally anyone. Better experience than I’ve had anywhere lately!
