I had an ice maker that would not work. I called and the clerk that answered gave me a date and approximate time they could be by. I gave them the make and model. Sure enough, a guy can by, he was very nice. He looked at it - asked questions- told me he might have a replacement on his truck. I was excited- I was thinking he would have to order one and it would take weeks! He installed it in minutes! I love my ice!!
I was very please with H&S . I would use them again!!

I am so happy this store had exactly what we needed it. It only took a day and a half to get it. And it was cheaper than Amazon and we got it faster. The bottom burner in our stove went out and we needed the park quickly. There was a parts store in Birmingham and they were gonna charge us $40 for the same part. So woohoo!!! Thankful for local stores

We have had appliance repair from H&S many times over the years and now have bought 4 major appliances from them. Their service cannot be beat, and the prices on their appliances are lower than most sale prices from big box stores. If you live in cullman or close by, check them out for service or sales on appliances. I highly recommend them

Great Refrigerator at a very reasonable price.. Delivery guys did a Great job. Very friendly and cleaned up after themselves... If you need a appliance it's a good place to go. Good selection

I love this place!!!
Over the last few years, I’ve bought a stove, a microwave, 2 washers, and 2 dryers from H&S. They have the best prices anywhere around and a fabulous selection! I always try to go when Allison is working bc she’s the friendliest, most helpful associate …and takes the time to answer all my questions and help me get the best deal!
I always walk away saving hundreds compared to what I would have paid elsewhere!
They also service our appliances when needed, and we’ve always been very pleased with the timeliness and the good work, as well as the cost of service!
Highly recommend!!!

We went to H&S to look for a refrigerator. Constance greeted us when we walked in and the the owner Beau began talking to us. Since the refrigerator we needed was for a second refrigerator to go downstairs, Beau gave us a great deal. We will definitely be returning to H&S for future needs. Great customer service and prices!
