Tim and his team at Goodyear, on Red Bug, in Winter Springs Fl did a great job. Tim had our tire size in stock. He quoted me a very acceptable price over the phone. There wasn't a wait. The final cost was the quoted price, no surprises. I am very satisfied and feel very secure in the safety of my niece's car.

I found my favorite place to take my vehicle for oil filter/tire needs! It's specifically at Good Year and at this Winter Springs location. It's so clean and kid-friendly. The assistant manager built that arcade and customized it to have over hundreds of games. He helped set up the arcade for my son to play. I also like the layout of the waiting area and appreciate how they have a little window to look into the work garage to check on our vehicle.

Customer service is always friendly. Free tire rotation with purchase of tire.

No point in making an appointment. My husband and I often bring our cars here for the oil and tire rotation. I make the appointment online. When I brought in my SUV they looked at me like, what appointment? A few months after, my husband brought in his pickup and they said they have computer problems and can't check on appointments. My husband has the email confirmation that showed him as a 7:30 appointment. They told him it would be 90 minutes. It was a half hour before they even took the car into the bay. Never again.

Do not take your car here. I brought my car in because the steering wheel was shaking and I was hoping that they would be able to give me a diagnosis and fix it. They quoted me over $4000 with a multitude of unnecessary repairs that I did not ask for. When I asked how much it would be just to stop the shaking steering wheel, I was quoted nearly $2000 so I left without getting any work done. Come to find out the issue was a separating tire, so I went and got my spare patched at a competitor for $30. Goodyear did not even mention this problem when I went to see them. Goodyear’s excessive quote was not only unprofessional and not what I asked for, but egregiously overpriced. This was the first time I had ever taken my car to a Goodyear outside of purchasing tires, and I will never go back to one after this.

I was a repeat customer here and was happy with the place when Shane was at the desk. Left a nice review a couple years ago. Recently, made an appointment for a safety inspection, went and Tim sent me home to wait until there was free time, after over almost 2 hours of not hearing from them, I called and came back. They had me there for hours juggling me around other cars (I was patient with it at the time), but, he grew impatient with me because his mechanic failed to find the obvious oil leaks I suspected and various other things I was concerned about (which was why I was there and wanted them to advise me on) and when I asked, he seemed to blame me for not pointing it out to him. I wish Noel (who is very good) could have looked at my car.
