Due to a heavy thunderstorm I drove through a deep puddle which resulted in my panel underneath the car coming ajar, damaged and dragging as I drove home. Arrived at Tire Kingdom at 8am Daniel greeted me with a smile. Immediately Jason (mechanic) place my car on the lift to access. Unfortunately the panel was not salvageable & was removed. Thank You Daniel & Jason for explaining the purpose of the panel and my options. Most of all Thank You for reassuring me the panel did not cover any mechanical parts.

Anthony and Sara were absolutely amazing. I got here before opening time and it was a bit chilly out. Anthony opening the waiting room early so I could warm up. He immediately helped me with my tire and got the job done fast.

This tire kingdom has the absolute best costumer service! Do not go anywhere else! I needed a patch on a tire, I was also with my two little ones but I waited less than 30min. They insisted to do it immediately instead of later for safety reasons. This is now my go to tire kingdom.

Excellent experience. Upon arriving, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. As I waited briefly (made an appointment and showed up very early and they immediately started working on my car, even though they seemed very busy), I noticed interactions between Sara and other patrons and she was extremely helpful (filled up a cars tires with air on the spot, etc.) and pleasant. She was communicative throughout the entire repair process and I was in and out in a very timely manner. There was no attempt at upselling and everything was very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

😡 I just had a small nail in my tire - i just wanted a plug/patch ….i EVEN ASKED “ are your guys careful removing the tire on a low profile rim? Many years ago I had my rim scratched at a place” he responded “of course ”. They scratched my rim!!!!!! Ive been wet sanding it to make it “more acceptable” . Beware. @tirekingdomofficial @mavis_tires on Tuskawilla Winter springs Florida ….listen I had to call them out….🤷🏽‍♂️. After seeing my rim his response was “do you want the patch for free?” 😡 unbelievable

I had to get my car worked on before going out of town for the holidays. I went to Tire Kingdom on Tuskawilla. Anthony and Sara in the front were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The mechanic, Zeus, who worked on my car took time to show and explain to me the issues that was going on with my car. Needless to say my car is working great! I definitely will be coming to this store again for any future needs with my car.

I’ve gotten my tires and my entire family has had their vehicles serviced here for years. They’re always great with contacting you and they save you a lot of stress and hassle. No lies and straight up down to earth people. I recently had a valve stem leaking from dry rot (Florida weather) and called them and had my truck back within the hour. It was amazing. Anthony is a great manager and really took care of me and my family as usual.
