Apparently, they have some sort of security issues there with units being burglarized. They also have doors that that are on the outside of the building that have apparently been forced or broken into best to stay clear of this place until they resolve the issues and after reading some of the reviews, it looks like they raised the right rates quite often. Look at the photos of the door taken January 2025. This has been like this for almost a year.

Renting online was super easy, and the unit was ready almost immediately. The person who called to follow up was very friendly and the email and text communications on how to access the unit were informative and easy to understand.

I would not rent from Cubesmart ever again. They offer half price promos then your rate jumps way up. Then, I got a letter saying they were raising the rent from $150 to $200! That’s an over a 30% increase in one year. That’s really outrageous. Also, they do not prorate so you will lose money unless you give them a 30 days notice. Just be wary of this company.

Moved from Ohio to Fl and needed a place to store items until we decided if we wanted them , had room or donate them. This storage facility is always clean and well kept. The unit I had was dry and the staff were always great and always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and if ever needed in future will use them again.

The location manager, Jay, is very helpful. While I had a unit held for a few days until I returned from a trip, another one came available that he thought would suit my needs better. Jay called me and I stopped in the next morning. He was right. They switched my reservation to that unit and I've now rented it.
