I've been living here for 7 months, and I decided to renew my lease. I wasn’t very impressed at the beginning, but I have to say it has improved a lot, especially the gym.
I feel it's worth all the extra charges we pay monthly.
Also, in the last couple of months, I’ve finally felt that someone in the management team has been helpful, understanding, and reliable with me. Shout out to Nicole!

Less than 2 weeks before I was supposed to move into another complex my roommates and I got told it wouldn’t be available anymore. Because of that stressful situation I found The Eli and I’m so happy that I did. That same day I was able to walk into the leasing office and speak to Cristina about their property. She was very friendly and informative about all they have to offer and options for me. I was lucky enough to find a 2 bed 2 bath unit that had a move in date that worked perfect for me! I have now lived at The Eli for one month and it has been great. I have not gotten to try out the pool or gym yet but always love to show it off when friends come over since it’s so nice. Also the dock over the pond makes walking around so easy! ( plus you’ll get to see some turtles time to time). I’ve even found my new favorite place to get a coffee in the morning, Chiffon Culture that is in the plaza right in front of the neighborhood and about a 5 minute walk from my building. So far maintenance has seemed attentive and around the complex often. Since moving in they have updated lights on the dock and have had some nice community events. I definitely recommend The Eli and Cristina!

I have toured here twice and both times Lenny goes above and beyond to assist (he even remembered me from my first tour 3 months ago). I do not currently live here but Eli is at the top of my list. The grounds are well maintained, beautiful amenities and spacious units. The staff is very friendly throughout. I sure hope Lenny stays - he presents a fantastic first impression for the complex.

This community is beautiful with great amenities. Lenny was super helpful and upfront about the application process. He also made time to give me a tour of the property and a 3 bedroom apartment. Also, upon entering the office the other Leasing agents were very friendly and ready to help.

I moved into the Eli this month and I have nothing but great things to say about our experience so far. Leanette has helped us the whole time, she’s always answered our questions in a timely manner and has never made us feel like an inconvenience. She’s the best! Even our maintenance requests have been taken care of so quickly!

We came here about a year ago when the management had first switched over, and let me say it is leaps and bounds better than what we first saw to now! Lenny was so kind and gave us a great and authentic tour. The facility was clean, and beautiful with great pricing!
