I can't recommend Adventure Cycling enough! I brought my bike in due to an issue with the brakes and my odometer. The team quickly diagnosed the problem and also pointed out an issue with my gear shift that I hadn’t noticed. They fixed everything—brakes, odometer, and gear shift—within about 20 minutes!

What really stood out to me was their professionalism and efficiency. They were super friendly and explained everything clearly without any upselling or pressure. On top of that, the price was unbelievably fair—less than what I expected just for the brake repair alone!

I had my bike serviced at Adventure Cycling in Dec 2024 - tune-up, new brake pads, new chain, replaced cassette, etc. Parts and labor came up to around $300, not cheap but I use my bike frequently and bike about 30-40 miles per week. After just one ride, the "new" chain looked rusted and the gears were not smooth and skipped regularly.

When I took it back to the store, just a couple of weeks later, and expected a fix, the response was very negative. I needed to contact the vendor myself for the "new" rusted chain, which I did but the vendor wanted me to send them the chain so they could inspect it. Removing the chain would leave me without a working bike until I either got the old chain back or received a new one. And Adventure would change me labor to install the chain either new or old. Either way, I did not want to be without a bike for this period of time, so I deferred on that idea.

Considering it had not even been 30 days since I got the work done, I expected Adventure to provide some customer service and live up to what they printed on their receipt "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

Very disappointing. I have used Adventure several times before for parts and tune-ups on my bike, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I would never go anywhere else! These guys are amazing!! very friendly & welcoming,had a child’s play area my daughter didn’t want to leave after my bike was fixed lol they made my old bike that I had in the shed ride like new & for so cheap!! Thank you so much!! 🚴🏽‍♀️

Kevin was a big help with getting our bikes back in good running condition. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was great to talk with and learn from as he gave my son and me maintenance pointers. Price for parts and labor were very reasonable and fair. We will definitely be back.

Grandkids (2 teenage boys) are coming for Christmas. One of the spare bikes we have for them had a broken brake assembly on the rear wheel. I called around and nobody was willing to commit to a quick repair. I called these guys and they said they probably had the parts and bring it in and they’d take a look. Well luckily I did. They had the brake parts and they called in the later afternoon and said it was ready! Great workmanship, quick service, and really economical! Best bike shop in Oviedo/Winter Springs!
