My wife and I have been looking for a convertible beetle for a while. We saw one Julie from Southern Auto Liquidators on Facebook Marketplace. Best experience we have had buying any car, especially a used car. Julie is excellent, patient, professional, most of all honest and fair. The car appeared to be in great shape. Julie is amazing 🤩!!!!! She was quick to respond to my texts and emails. Answered all of my questions, she’s a “no nonsense” very professional dealer! I let her know my budget and she worked with me, no hidden fees. Easy access to see and test drive the car I was interested in. It was clean, and just as advertised. NO “bait and switch” here. I feel like she went above and beyond for me! I was going to make the purchase, but had an unforeseen expense come up that took away from the car budget. I let her know that I’ll still be looking at her inventory and when I’m able to, I WILL go back to SAL to buy my next vehicle! Thanks so much Julie! You’re a 5 star winner in my opinion!

This was the first automobile purchase that I made without personally inspecting the vehicle. The car presented itself well in pictures, and after talking/emailing with Julie I decided to go for it. My questions were answered honestly, and she took great pics of the car as it was loaded onto the truck for its trip to Colorado. It arrived about a week later and the car was as represented. She did a good job of cleaning it, and after doing routine used car maintenance I'm using it every day.
We didn't mess around with the price, I am a horrible negotiator and decided that if the car was as represented, it was worth within reason of the asking price and I think that is the case this time.
All in all, a positive experience for me. I'd definitely encourage anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.

Wonderful buying experience!!!! We drove 3hrs to get my dream car!! The car was in mint condition! Julie was very nice even came on a Sunday which is rare for Florida. If I could give 50 stars I would. Save the headaches of car buying & searching & go to her 1st!!!!!!

Fantastic experience. Car was perfectly described and no surprises. Great experience all over. There was a minor paperwork issue which was taken care of immediately. Excellent communication and service.
Have had the car 5 months and about 8 thousand miles now. Still no problems and running great. Car was and is exactly as described. Thanks.

Last update likely. Had the car for 10 months or so. Long enough for any known issues to rear their heads. The car is fantastic no hidden problems at all and still super happy with the car and the buying experience.

My wife and I just purchased a 2005 BMW Z4 3,0 from Southern Auto Liquidators. We purchased this auto on line without seeing the car in person. Julie, the owner, gave us a one on one video of all aspects of the car including any issues or flaws. She made arraignments to have the car shipped to Michigan. We received the car in 8 days and it was everything plus more than we expected. The title was overnighted to us. What a pleasure doing business with someone that still believes in customer service and honesty.

Spoke with the owner about a BMW she had for sale we agreed on the price and I offered a deposit, I explained to her that I was about to purchase another car from another individual, but I was going to pass on that car and buy her car. I explained to her I was very serious and that I would send her a deposit immediately. I also explained to her that I wanted to make sure she would sell me the car because I didn’t want to pass on the other car, if she sells it to someone else. She advised me that since it was the end of the day Saturday and not to worry and that I should call her on Monday morning and she will take my deposit...

She did advise me the deposit was “NONREFUNDABLE”
and I told her that’s fine as long as I don’t get there and the car wouldn’t be junk, then she tells me it doesn’t matter there policy is NO Refunds on deposits....In any case I didn’t have any issue with that as I called her Monday morning to leave a deposit. I was so certain I was going to buy the car that I booked a one way plane ticket. As I mentioned earlier I’ll called her Monday morning and I get her voicemail I left her a voicemail stating who I am and that I’m wanting to leave a deposit and make arrangements to pick up the car the following day, I then wait about 2 hours and I didn’t hear back from her so I called her again this time she answers and she tells me the following “I have bad news I just sold the car” I told her that’s this was very very shady of her and that she could’ve been a decent human being at least and called me prior to making the sale on the car and I told her I was coming up from Miami and to please make sure she wouldn’t sell it to anyone else. Then starts arguing with me saying I never left a voicemail. Now I spent money on a ticket to fly up and drive back down, clearly that’s not going to happen

Bottom line this is a typical used car dealership, never did she call me I had to call her and then we agreed on a deal she did exactly what I feared...I told her I would have wired her the money this morning but since she never gave me the opportunity, it’s to late....Clearly customer service isn’t what they strive for. Can you imagine how this dealership would handle a situation if they sold you a car that had an issue... Buyer beware...They could careless that I wasted my time and $.....
