Their service used to be top notch but those days are gone. Shop there for many years but I am done. I don’t like being ignored when I’m standing at the counter ready to purchase materials. Allowing a customer to stand at the counter ready to check out is unacceptable when there are 4 employees close by in the shop. I’ll find my materials elsewhere from now on.

Alro is the place to go. The team does their best to answer calls, ring up orders, receive, and cut materials for customers. It's not an easy job to balance all of these task but the team works well to get the job done. Team members do what they can to accommodate customers even on short notice. I recommend giving them a call ahead of your visit. This will help expedite the process of getting your material especially if your in a rush. It takes time to cut and process material orders so this will help when you know what your looking for. If you are not as experienced then Juan can help you figure out what your looking for and find the best solution for your material needs.

Not a place to go if you have no experience, the two cashiers didn’t seem happy to help at all and were eager to tell me tell me they didn’t have anything I was looking for. The younger cashier literally asked to go on break as I was taking to him. This turned from a place we’re I could buy material for my hobby to a really discouraging experience. Great store with really disappointing culture and work ethic.

Called and was given help with figuring out what I needed. I was also given a price too. When I arrived, everything went exactly as planned. I was in/out in less than 15 minutes! So glad I found this business. I saved a lot of money buying a remnant!!

Good inventory, but terrible Customer Service, you walk into de Warehouse and its like nobody comes in.
Racist actitud when you come to buy products.
Sales people looks like they don't want to sale.
It's really sad great place to shop but Sales people will take the business to banckbrucancy.

New to metal and fabrication. These guys were really cool. Don’t go to Home Depot/Lowes if you’re a hobbyist. Go to a place like this, as the prices are much better and the selection is not even comparable.

Candy shop for fabricators and Welders, all employees on every location very helpful. My to go location is Winter Springs and Julio Rodriguez (employee) is very knowledgeable and helpful always!!!
