Very rude it’s true about the AI ordering. For the folks that do not understand, some people still want to interact that’s all but for all of you to take a turn looking over at me without asking if I needed help was ridiculous. 0 stars for allowing that moment to happen.

Staff was kind & polite, thku for ur service, I as a customer always treat staff with respect, this is important because we don't want to lose them. Then we would have to cook our own food. Thku again. Coffee cake and coffee was simply delicious!!!

If it's hot, don't use the drive-thru, go inside. The problem was, in over 100° weather, they told me to wait even longer for order while only the milkshake that was for my friend was given to me and melted! They didn't give me my drink to cool off that I needed then. I was being ignored about it while I was having to wait in the hot sun inside my car. I wish they would have given me the whole order at the same time! If it wasn't for the tasty fries, fish, and drink that I finally got, I would have only given it a three. I felt sick later on that day from all the heat and dehydration. My friend barely drank half the milkshake, and disappointed.
