Working with Theresa on my engagement ring was the absolutely best ever! She got my vision right away and was willing to make any changes with a smile. She was so accommodating to all our meetings, and I had quite a few with her as I wanted it to be exactly what I wanted. And even better, SHE wanted it to be exactly what I wanted too! My customer design diamond ring was perfectly executed!
I added a new diamond to my old diamond to create a new stunning two stone creation.
The process of choosing a new diamond and creating a custom mounting was made so easy.
The 3d illustrations were spot on!

Theresa and Chris were fantastic throughout the entire process! They both went beyond and above compared to the "big brand" ring stores we initially started working with. From scheduling our appointment to come check out their diamonds / bands, to customizing the ring for my fiance - everything was flawless. One special tool they had was an adjustable "try on" band that would hold the stone so we could see how it would look on her hand.

Theresa was very responsive and creative in designing and 3D-modeling the band. They kept us in the loop throughout the planning/purchase process and I did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision at all. Cannot recommend Unique Diamond Boutique enough!
