They have good deals if they are correct on the website/app in store they will do bait and swap and have products all different pricing. As of recently it seems this place is going down hill in terms of having their pricing and advertising match each other. They know the issue exsist and in store they just say “yeah we don’t know why it’s just like that”. Take a look at other companies like MUV or Trulieve because they are around the same IN STORE pricing.

KC and Leola were literal saints! For me, this was my 3rd time in a dispensary, and although everyone has always been helpful, these two beauties went above and beyond. KC was very knowledgeable in educating me about my purchase! I told her what I was looking for, and she knew exactly what to suggest! Leola was also very helpful, While I waited for KC To pack my order, She chatted me up and educated me more about things I should try in the future to achieve the effects I am seeking. I’m glad I walked into this dispensary today as I live right across the street and I need a regular dispensary to shop! I look forward to getting to know this location better! THANK YOU LADIES!

Usually a good experience but this was my girlfriend's first time since they changed to Ayr from liberty we asked if she could get the first time discount since she hasn't been for 4 years and it was liberty last time the tender proceeds to get smart saying she's been there before and I can refer her because it's all online cool no problem we still would of shopped but he attitude was horrendous and I'll never recommend another patient to winter haven Ayr ever again

Placed an online order and was emailed and texted ready for pick up
Got there at 7pm and the sign said temporarily closed. It didn't say why, just to drive to cypress gardens so i drove 30 minutes to get to this one and then had to drive 20 more minutes to cypress gardens to fill my order then an hour home. Would've been nice to recieve an alert that they were closing early so I didn't waste time and gas.
