This one didn't have as large as selection of toys as my local once upon a child does but i did like that they had things Bagged up together in plastic and mesh bags to make it easier to look through. Great selection of clothes for babies and toddlers. On the smaller side for a once upon a child store but I don't have any complaints.

The wife and I went today to get rid of never used clothes and a swing. Didn’t even go all the way through the bucket of nicely folded clothes. The whole time we were being helped they acted like they had something better to do. Should have just gave it away to goodwill or a care center.

you can buy and sell gently used clothing,toys,strollers,shoes and basically anything you're looking for kids/baby here. the items are in good condition and freshly washed.i buy this here for my grandson at least 1or 2 times a month!i also sell his old things to them. you won't get much feeling to them but it's better than giving it away or having a yard sale! plus they have a rewards program where you receive points,those points can be redeemed for $5 off or more. love going here! kids outgrow their things so quickly,why pay full retail price? I've added brand new toys never opened photos! Prices so reasonable

Went today to go sell clothes to facility horrible customer service. No one greeted me when I walked in. Two ladies that were their were very unprofessional and rude. I’m not going to shop here ever again. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on or just hire someone else for the job.

My daughter and I took 9 boxes of very nice boys clothes to store name brand , never used clothes they took less then 30 min and told us that the rest of the clothes they could not take bc of stains that they didn’t have offered 42.00 , They had a attitude from the min we walked in very unprofessional would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Most of the staff are very rude. You ask one question about anything or tell them something about one item you are selling and they give you attitude. They act like they can't take 2 Seconds to answer or listen to you. I get they can be busy but you need to be nice to your customers. Also, they turn down many good items when selling to them and give excuses like they are too worn but then I see tons of stuff on racks with no tags, worn, stained etc. The kiosk once told me a 40 min wait time. The lady told me at least 3 hours so I didn't wait. Then it was done in 1hr 45 min. I had shopped around a little before leaving and would have gone to a nearby park and come back if she hadn't been so rude about the time bc I had asked her if she was sure it would be at least 3 hours when it said 40min on kiosk. She pointed to everything and said I have all this to go through so yeah I am sure it will be at least 3 hours. She said it very rude. I had asked nicely. I would have waited and gone to a nearby park bc I had driven from another city. Also she didn't want to help me with a return and nastily pointed at the register and another girl. So yeah don't ask them a thing if you don't want to be snapped at. Another time they didn't even go through the whole box of clothes before stopping. Gave me on $6 that day. Sometimes don't even take items that are brand new with tags. Never hardly want to take PJ s but then there is nothing good in the PJ section. Reject mine but then I see poor ones on the racks

Had a terrible experience today. Brought 2 tubs of neatly organized baby girls clothes that were in amazing shape & mostly from boutiques & name brands. They offered $80 for 93 items 2 being a bouncer & a brand baby bouncer for the door. My issue was not any of this. It was the horribly rude employees & the fact that when I went to pick up items I specifically asked what they were taking. They said 1 bin . I repeated only this bin . They said yes. I took the money & when I got out with the unwanted item I realized there was a lot missing. & in that one bin was not 91 items. I went back in to collect my clothes & give the money back. I end up leaving only a small portion of clothes & other 2 Items for $30 . Very disappointed in this experience with this particular store. We have never had an issue with any other store & we shop at them a lot& all over.
