All of the individuals that work at this store are extremely nice and helpful. There is one that you must ask for and meet, his name is Patrick. Such an amazing young man and I was fortunate enough to meet his wife and family. So thankful for people like you Patrick!
Paid $40.00 for a cigarette burned and watermarked oak desk and look at me now!

Glad to see this location reopened. They had been closed for some time, I think remodeling. They always have a good selection of products. I saw an item I was interested in but thought it was a little steep. I asked the cashier and she went into the back to speak with the manager, came back out and said how about half off. I was thrilled. They are willing to work with you especially if they've had the item for a while, just ask them. Excellent employees and very friendly environment.

I asked the manager for a price on a kid’s helmet he laughed and said 10 dollars mind you all the other ones where 2$-3$ I was like ok I’ll just get the one that’s 2$ it’s literally the same just a different color but thank you when I walked away he stated to talk bad about me to a employee and laugh mind you I work in childcare so I shop here all the time for my class and buy things for my school kids no need to be rude to shoppers even one of the employees kept apologizing for him I told her I’m sorry you work for him . When you are a teacher just trying to buy stuff for your students for a good price and get treated bad smh do better I never leave bad reviews but the things he was saying is just awful

This used to be one of the best places to look for secondhand goods in Winter Haven, over the past 2 years it has quickly become the absolute worst. Any place that puts ebay pictures on items and prices accordingly is sadly misinformed. Ebay has a worldwide audience of people looking for special items, a thrift is a thrift. They are really doing the church a disservice and the public as well.

Items sit for months unsold and the store has a low stock of overpriced items with photos of ebay items on them. It's really been ill managed for over a year. They really need to take a step back and ask themselves if the juice is worth the squeeze.

UPDATE: $50 for a T-Shirt, they've lost their minds. Not currently accepting donations because they price everything so high they are overloaded with things.

To be honest, I always kind of thought their prices were a little steep at times, but they were hosting a 50% off sale and I gladly purchased many items including a large set of chairs. During check out the ladies were very helpful, patient, and efficient, also informing us that they allowed 3 days for large purchases to be taken home which truly helped us immensely. I would recommend it.
