If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order. I ordered days in advance and not only was my order delivered late, it was the worst display of craftsmanship I’ve seen. It was delivered at 9:15 pm on Valentine’s Day. I called a total of 32 times that day and left messages asking for an update. No updates online until after 7pm so we didn’t go out to dinner thinking that maybe it was in route and they couldn’t update the online status due to being busy, and I didn’t want flowers and chocolates being left on our front porch. No vase was delivered although it was paid for, flowers were smashed and wilted, the strawberry tray we received was not what was pictured. I had to ultimately tell my significant other about her “surprise” because she was starting to think I forgot about Valentine’s Day. I had to call corporate and file a claim and this store reached out on Monday asking if I wanted a “remake”. I told them I would like a refund as it was a sentiment for that specific day and still haven’t heard back. I’ll be calling corporate again to get my refund. I’ve never had an issue with any other location except this one. Worst experience, save yourself and NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

By the way, the vase in my pictures is one I had in the cabinet.

Delivery was fine but the product was absolutely nothing like what I ordered and when I tried to get in contact with someone at the location I get sent straight to voicemail. I can’t imagine paying $100 for what I bought and then seeing what my grandmother received. I asked for the happy birthday container and it was just plain white with the Wishing on a Star birthday arrangement. I just wanted something as sweet and beautiful as her and what she received was half-ass and sloppy. For how much I spent I would expect a little bit more thought and time instead of it looking like it was all just poked on.

I wish i would of seen these reviews like everyone else before I spent $120 for an arrangement for Valentines Day. I paid for a bigger bouquet with balloons, they forgot the balloons and the bouquet looked like it had rolled around on the floorboard of the car a few times. I had reached out many times to the store to get some resolution and no one answers or calls you back. I will say they credited me $18 back for the balloons but honestly it didnt make up for the ruined surprise and embarrassment. The picture does not do the poor qaulity justice. I will never order from here again. They say on their website that 100% happiness is gauranteed and so far that has been a lie. I am still upset.

If I could leave Zero stars, I would. Placed an order last Thursday to be delivered Friday by 7pm. When I realized it hadn’t been started by around 4:30pm (thanks to the “track my order” feature) I called the store and it was closed. I left a voicemail as well as a web inquiry wanting to understand what happened. On Saturday I checked again and nothing, so I requested a cancellation and refund since they did not deliver when they were supposed to. I got a call from a rep at the store that apologized and said some story about the store having to close early on Friday and that corporate forgot to put a message or send a message that it had to unexpectedly close early. She then asked me if they could still deliver the order, but now it wouldn’t deliver til Monday. I went ahead and agreed seeing as even if I placed an order with another company, it would probably not be delivered til Monday anyways. Well lo and behold, it’s Monday. The order was supposed to be delivered by 7pm and it’s currently 8:20 with no delivery. Idk how this store does its business, but this is ridiculous. At this point, I just want my money back so I can place an order with a true company that actually cares about its customers. In the “track my package” feature, it seemed like the order was made and was going to be delivered. However, it never got to the address and has been stuck in the same location for hours. If no refund is given at this point, I will be disputing with my bank because this is highly unprofessional and, dare I say, disrespectful.

Horrible experience!
Honestly, I wish I saw the reviews before ordering. I live out of state and wanted to gift my daughter something special. I ordered at noon the service " deliver within one hour". My daughter calls me around 10 pm. asking if I forgot her birthday. The order never arrived despite me reaching out around 3 pm via phone calls and email. No one ever answered.
Truly would give zero star!
Don't order from this store!!!

“I had the absolute worst experience with Edible Flowers on my wedding anniversary. The flowers that arrived were completely burned and dead – not even close to the fresh, vibrant arrangement I was expecting. To make things worse, the edible portion wasn’t even what my husband ordered! This was such a special day for us, and they completely ruined it. I cannot believe the lack of care and quality from this company. Do not waste your money here!”

A huge disappointment! First, I will give credit for the prompt delivery. The issue was that I paid for a $119.99 bouquet, and they delivered a $49.99 mini tray. I reached out to their customer service department where I submitted a complaint. The response was that I would be contacted within 48 hours. No contact has been made. A $70.00 error on their part! I bet most of the recipients don’t send photos saying thank you to the sender. It is not ok to ship anything other than what I ordered without contacting me first. It is absolutely horrendous that you would send a text saying, “Hooray! The delivery was successful!”, knowing that you delivered a product less than half the value of what I ordered and paid for AND never refunded any of the money.

One star is too many. After years of ordering from many edible arrangements stores, this one is so bad that i will never order through edible again and will advise friends and family to not order again either. I placed my order days ago for tomorrow delivery, I got a call today, no voice mail. Called back and was told the store has no baked goods and was told not asked what my replacement options would be. I let zoe know i would need to call back, which I did over 2 hours, no one ever answered. I had to call the main customer service number wait on hold to cancel my order. Edible arrangements is definitely not what they used to be. Stay away!
