My wife and I bought a really nice patio set from an older couple last summer. Couldn't beat the price. Only issue was the swivel bar style rocker chairs slings were horriblely outdated and literally coming apart at the seems. Now that it's about that time again to open up the patio and get ready for the warm weather. We decided to search around locally to see if we can find the mesh sling replacements for our style chairs. My wife was thinking about DIY But once she found out what it took to actually make them? She voted no. Lol. So I started the online search to find a company that could help us out. After about 3 hours or more of searching. We were about to just give up and purchase a new set of 4 chairs. Most the companies I researched wanted to charge us about the same amount of money per sling replacement that a new chair cost!? I couldn't believe how expensive chair sling replacements could be. Until I found Casualine Corp! There entire selection is by far the Best Priced & Best selection. East online ordering. Custom made to fit your measurements. Huge selection of patterns. Ordered all 4 chairs and it only cost a fraction of what the other are charging. Took 3 weeks to ship and puttong them on was a breeze. Perfect fit! Buyer beware. Awful service. I ordered slings online. They did not ask about spline size but sent slings with the wrong size splines. When I contacted them, they said they only responded via email-with a several day wait. Then they sent the wrong size again. Very unhelpful. Still don't have the problem fixed - after 6 WEEKS!!!

I ordered 2 new slings on 6/1/2023 for $173.98. I emailed a week later asking for an ETA and got no response. I called at the beginning of July asking for an ETA, I was told that the slings were almost finished and that I would get an email with tracking info by the next week. That week has past and now they are not answering their phone. Is this a real company? I am getting the feeling that this is a scam with a few fake good reviews. At this point I just want my money back and I will go elsewhere. Avoid ordering from them!!!!!

changed to 3 stars for lack of communication. I checked with the post office and my package was mailed on the 20th....

Very disappointed after I received my order. The two slings looked like they had been sewn by a 4 year old. Seams 9n each side were uneven on both pieces. There was a large staple in the back of one of them. There is no way I could have removed it without tearing material. When I called to check on my order prior to receiving them, the person I talked to was very short and rude. There is absolutely no way I would ever recommend their services or products. Chalk this one up to experience .Never again!!

I placed an order for new seat material after my decades-old patio furniture was too weathered to use. After the amount of money I spent on this furniture, I had high hopes for the new seat fabric, and my hopes were exceeded! After a little bit of processing time to fabricate my specific order, they shipped to my door and arrived perfectly! After installation and some spray paint, my ~20 year-old patio set looks better than new! Thank you for your quality product and rapid response to my needs!!!

OUTSTANDING!
Jessica and the girls were great to work with during the whole process. Maybe a little slow in responding to our phone calls but this was their busy season and they told us so up front. Lots of colors and patterns from which to choose. They made 11 cushions and 4 pillows for us using the old cushions as patterns. Perfect fit on everything! The quality of our replacement cushions is much better than the originals. Service - 5 stars Quality and workmanship - 5 stars Price - 4 stars

Worth the wait. Had custom cushions made for my patio chairs - the result was way beyond my expectations. They fit perfect and the Sunbrella fabric is beautiful. Highly recommend.
