Modern mall that was quite busy. On two levels, the place was quite full and about half of the shoppers had made a purchase. Unusual in 2024!

Lots of security and lots of teens. All of them roaming about peaceably. Escalators and elevators all working fine today.

We were able to grab a good parking space and did some wandering. No purchases today but it was nice to shop a few of the stores and see what the current season is offering.

This mall is starting to fall apart. The first sign is when half of the escalators are not operational, see photo. Also if you want to feel safe do not come to Hanes Mall. They do have Winston-Salem police officers walking around but all four walk together instead of separating to patrol the mall properly in pairs of two. Policing 101.

Overall clean mall. Well behaved teenagers. Good security. TERRIBLE PARKING!!!!! They need to have a lot more close disability parking. If need wheelchair assistance or crutches to get in and out of mall good luck. The lack of disabled parking is horrific. I can’t imagine they meet State code for how many disabled parking spots are needed in their lot.

This is a GREAT mall with countless stores inside. From food to games, to sports, to clothing, name it, they have it. It is a very massive complex with great parking, two floors and what seemed like endless stores. It is so great to see a mall thriving instead of dying. I will say it is strange having to walk through a store to get to the other half of the mall (JC Penney) but that is a funny quirk more than anything else.

Love the mall, this particular day was not at all packed. I was a little sad that the sephora there was closed for whatever reason. Ended up stopping by a few of my favorite stores before purchasing the Burberry-Her at Dillard's. The young lady was so helpful and even gave me two Dior samples. Love those samples.

I am glad we have the mall in our town and that it is still successful. I go there to walk for exercise. I don’t shop there anymore because I’m old and most of their stores are for young people. But I love going there. And it is in really good condition and safe to go in.

We are new to the area and checked out the mall today. I was expecting a shabby worn-down mall based on the comments, but we were pleasantly surprised. It's one of the better malls we've been to in a while with lots of great stores. It smelled good and was clean and spacious.
