Just stopped at this Loves.
The staff were cold. I took my disabled mother into the restroom a worker just cleaned and there was human urine and waste on the toilets. A big let down.
The restroom smelled nice and everything else seemed clean.
Upon check out the worker didn’t even look at us. Just rang our stuff up. Did not say hello, did not tell me how much my item came to. Just silence.
After completing my checkout I wished them a good day and that was when a worker said something.
Very disappointing in the service and state of the restrooms.

These guys are full on liars and lazy scammers. I came in as first customer in the morning for a service, I had to wait 1+ hour for a mechanic to show up for his job, then it took them almost 3 hours to change filters and lube the 5th wheel and air up the tires, the service was overpriced for the time it took, but what pissed me off is I asked them at the end if they inflated my tires, both manager and the mechanic said they did inflate them, I left the bay, hooked up the trailer and checked the tires because I didn’t trust them, and I was right 4 tires were completely under-aired and 2 were close, it piseed me off so much I had to go back and tell them they straight up lied to my face, ofc they haven’t event tried to make it right or give a proper apology, but instead manager started giving me high-school boy excuses. I wish nothing well to these people, they are lowest of the low!

These guys are awesome. Mr. Scott knows his stuff! They changed an air bag on my tractor and replaced the brake drum and pads on my trailer. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. One of my favorite Love's!

Absolutely unprofessional!! We called for roadside tire replacement, they gave us estimated time 90minutes, after 2 hours I called to ask when they are coming and they said 4 more hours. When I asked what is wait time in the shop because driver could get there, they just told "don't waste my time, tell me if you want roadside or not"

Was traveling to gulf shores with a fifth wheel and lost a leaf spring. The guys in the truck repair shop found us a place to replace the spring really quickly. We tried using two different rv insurance coverages and they couldn't find anyone local. These guys found a place 20 minutes away. Awesome guys here. They even checked on us a couple times to make sure we were good. Can't say enough about how helpful these guys were.

A-1, real deal shop right here. No trucks in the bays...no BS on wait time. In and out for PM on freightliner..man it feels good to be in Bama.... professional, friendly, and quick service. Hard to beat. To the owners... these guys deserve a RAISE... they working round here
