You have iPix theaters, Winn Dixie supermarket, Dollar Tree strore, Real Estate School, restaurants, and many more places to shop, study, and have fun. You can access it by car, bus, or boat.

It has been a long time since my last visit . Some changes were done for the better of the location. Parking is still the same and plenty of it. New stores and restaurants have moved in. Travel distance is not so bad. One appealing benefit is that it's very close to the beach.

Great selection of stores...stopped at Duffy's for their shrimp basket. Set on the intracostal the views are spectacular and prices can not be beat. There are several other dining options in this plaza and all are great. There is an Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Dollar store and Winn Dixie just to name a few.

It's one of the best South Florida plazas I've ever been. You can find anything here and there are many restaurant choices as well. Lots of parking spots and space.

Good mall; with variety of places.
Ipic; win dixie; Duffy, tj-max and dollar tree are some of the stores there.
They have a lot of dining options.
I prefer Duffy because it have a canal wiew

I run here. It's 6 miles from Winn Dixie to the intercoastal in Haulover and back. 8 miles if you go into Bal Harbor a little bit.
