We were looking for cabinets pulls (to match existing ones that we have) and they had been discontinued, but John could not have been more helpful!! Made a great recommendation; we are waiting for them to arrive but his Customer Service was Excellent!!
UPDATE: here is a snapshot of my original handle (on the top) and the one John recommended (on the bottom). Just about PERFECT!! We are thrilled and highly recommend Eclectic-ware!!!

John is the real deal! I spent a number of hours and money trying to make a new Hafele, Loox system work properly buying components thru Ferguson. Not critizing Ferguson but you need multiple components and proper wiring to make the undercounter system work that they do not explain in any user friendly manner. I called John's cell number on Sunday and he answered immediately and steered me to all the correct components and got them to me by the folowing Tuesday. Thanks John!

John and company are absolutely wonderful. My wife and I ordered several ceramic pieces for our bathroom and we ordered in black. When we received them and took a look we decided black was not going to work at all. Contacted John and he let us ship them back and exchange them for white. I would give six stars if I could. I recently placed an online order for lighting from Eclectic-ware and received a phone call from them shortly afterwards. They wanted to be certain I was including all of the detailed items to complete my job properly. The truth is I had made an error in my initial order and they caught it. In my mind I was treated like a million dollar customer. When my items arrived, detailed instructions were even included. Everything worked perfectly thanks to the attentive eye of Eclectic-ware. It is rare to receive this level of service nowadays!

We all spend a lot of time in our kitchens. I've owned my residence for the past 15 years. When the Hera lights in the kitchen intermittently burned out over years, my go to has always been Eclectic-Ware. When the first bulb went out, I was concerned about not being able to be able to find replacements. As far as I know, Eclectic-Ware is the only source for these bulbs. They've got it down. Detail-oriented, fast, and friendly. The bulbs always arrive securely and safely packed. Eclectic-Ware has my highest recommendation.
