I wanted a decent used bike for cheap money. Carvelle who was very knowledgeable and helpful saw me leaning toward the purchase of a cheap bike for 60 dollars . The bike needed some upgrading and was in rough shape..Carvelle actually has a conscience and didn't feel comfortable selling the old wreck to me. He knew I didn't want to spend a lot so took over a half hour showing me some better deals..when I found one that I loved, the price was higher than I wanted to spend.Carvelle gave me a discount and I now have a new bike for the price of a used one..the whole experience was unpressured and easy.i. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Super friendly and accommodating! They had a rental bike that was a perfect fit for my ride around town! The rental included a lock and water bottle for my comfort and security. I would rent there again.

I took my bike in on Wednesday for a service check-up to take on an out-of-town trip on Thursday. Carvelle was very gracious in accomodating my request. Experienced the best customer service I’ve gotten in a while today at Carvelle’s bike Shop. Stopped by for a front tire and bike grips. They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and swift.

What more can you ask for in a bike shop! Gonna go back soon to scope out a used bike for myself. They even have bikes you can rent. Such a gem for the community. Worth the drive if you’re a little ways out though.

I have all good things to say about Carvel at Carvel bikes. First, when I walked in the welcoming with a great smile was impeccable. The customer service are explaining the bikes, different types of bikes and demonstrating the E bike to me was great service. I was even allowed to test drive an E bike, which I ended up purchasing from Carvel bikes, I do recommend Carvel bikes to anyone interested in buying a regular bike or an e-bike not only can you purchase them there but she also does repair services on the bikes that she sells. I love my bike. A Velowave e-bike 26 in fat tire caddy. Thank you, Carvel bicycles
