Mr. Matt provided my German wall clock with excellent service, this is a very old family clock and I broke the spring he spent about 4 months searching but found the correct size and it’s chiming once again. He is excellent with his skill, he communicates well and explains all the details of the clock and the possibility of wait times. We live in a World that is throw away, I was worried this would be the suggested outcome. Look no place else for your clock repair needs.

I took a wall clock in July and I live in Texas and I left it here in Florida because I knew I was planning on moving here and I was so surprised that I got my Clock back very quickly. Matt is very knowledgeable, efficient and, above all, kind!

He met me at the door to the Wildwood location to have my pendulum re-hung. He handled it right then and taught me a lot about my clock while he was doing it.

What a terrible experience. My grandfather clock is still not working. Matt has been to my house 2 times set the clock and 15 minutes after he left the clock stopped. He wanted me to order parts that I'm not familiar with and then he would come back . Are you kidding me. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Don't waste your time and money on service halfway provided.

Matt was fantastic. When I spoke to him on the phone and explained what was going on with my two clocks he knew right away what the issues were. When he arrived at the house to make the repairs he was right on the money. Matt took the time to explain exactly what he was doing to repair the clocks. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
