I have stayed at this hotel several times while I was on a business trip. Of all the Hiltons I've stayed at for business this is by far the best. It is spotless, the staff is extremely courteous and friendly and the accomodations are excellent. I want to specifically single out Theresa and Nancy who were extremely helpful the other day. I left the hotel to go to my meetings and for whatever reason I could not find my car keys. The keys had to be in the car otherwise I would not have been able to drive, however, I thought I might have left them on the roof of my car or drop them somewhere in the parking lot. I called the hotel in between meetings and spoke with both Nancy and Theresa and told them about my dilemma. Each of them, on their own, scoured the parking lot and the pathway from the hotel to the parking lot looking for the missing keys. They checked my room and did everything they could to assist me. In the end, I did have the keys but had dropped them on the ground at City Hall in Port St Lucie where I was holding my meetings. ||This type of concern for guests and going the extra mile personifies this hotel. Positive: Atmosphere was nice. Mostly well maintained and updated. Friendly staff at desk. Spacious King suite had 2 bathrooms and a big tub! Negative: Wall paper in bathroom was peeling. Area below fridge in room needed water damage repaired. The bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans. The Lobby and pool areas had overflowing trash and were in need of attention. Most of the gym equipment was broken.

1 star, don’t waste your money. If you want a cheap hotel stay in the ones next door. Room never clean, bugs, even think there is fleas- spoke to front desk twice & nothing was done. Accept tonight the one lady at the front desk was very nice & offered to change my room. Sadly I would never recommend this hotel. Usually don’t complain but for $280 a night you’d expect better.

We lucked out getting a last minute room at this hotel. Our VRBO we rented was not even close to what we expected. Our stay here was remarkable, made special by Nancy at the front desk. She was kind, courteous and very helpful sharing ideas of things to do. She greeted us and everyone as a friend every day. Our accommodations were top notch as we come to expect being Hilton honors members. The only thing we were disappointed in was the restaurant food and a female bartender upon our arrival who didn’t have a professional manner. Swore and was loud. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. Truly overall, great location & comfortable/clean room.

First time visiting Port St. Lucie, was in town for a wedding. The first hotel we stayed in for the wedding had room blocks for guests. It was awful 😣!!! We stayed one night and booked with Hilton Garden Inn. It was like night and day from the previous hotel. It was AMAZING 🤩!!! We’re gold level members so we were able to check in right away and start enjoying the beautiful amenities!!!!! We had a spacious suite with two bathrooms, a separate bedroom and living room space, plenty of room for our family to visit during the weekend wedding festivities 🥳!!!! You can’t go wrong staying at Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village. Ally, the front desk assistant was FANTASTIC 🤩🤩🤩!!!! She was very patient, professional and courteous.

The hotel was clean, good location, easy to get to and not a congestion area. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is the shower was the absolute worst ever! Absolutely zero water volume or pressure. I have never a shower that horrible. Honestly I'd never book a room here again. And I didn't get the cookies at check in like every other Hilton

We were here for just one night. It has a nice pool area and Jacuzzi. Our room was quiet. The room needs some TLC. We heard a loud noise from the tub at night and found the shampoo bottle fixture broke and fell. There were a couple dirty footprints by the door inside our room. The paid breakfast is barely comparable to some Hampton inns free breakfast.

Positive: The room was great. King suite very roomy. The food was great at bar restaurant. Negative: Oddly at the busiest time of day (checkout time) someone was mopping floors at entrance and my wife fell and hurt her knee. No staff helped. We were a little shocked. Staff is actually not that great overall except the bar staff.
