Excellent fresh fish and many great gift ideas. During our 14 days in Mexico Beach we stopped by several times to pick up fresh seafood. The shrimp were delicious and the grouper was so fresh! On our final day we stopped in to grab some fresh fish and shrimp to take home with us and I picked a few gifts up for family and friends. Definitely recommend for seafood, gifts and the friendly service.

The Store and Owners are great! They provide a unique mix of fresh seafood and visitor collectibles. We love going in and ordering a couple pounds of steamed shrimp and eating them for dinner.

Thanksgiving at Mexico Beach, our first time there. The Shell Shack was recommended as a place to pick up steamed seafood. There are no tables inside or out so this is to go food. We bought shrimp and snapper. The shrimp was in the shell and difficult to peel. There is a variety of shells, hoodies and other souvenirs for sale. As usual, everything was kind of pricey. I bought a long sleeved shirt because I didn't pack one and the weather was windy and cold.

Super cute gift shop offering kitschy souvenirs. They offer fresh seafood and will steam shrimp while you wait. Very friendly staff. We were in there 3x in 5 days. Loved it!

Quite simply, they sell the best steamed shrimp (we get it with Old Bay seasoning) and fish dip on the Panhandle. Buy some saltines and cocktail sauce and head to nearby Canal Park for a picnic. A third generation, family-owned business, Shell Shack is a must-visit establishment on Highway 98 in Mexico Beach. It's beloved not only for its fresh, locally caught seafood but classic beach souvenirs like shark-tooth necklaces, water toys, safari hats, tshirts, and all things shell.

The friendly couple who own this place said it’s been running since the 60s, minus the time it took to reopen after hurricane Michael. Nice gift shop and a great way to get fresh seafood.

Wonderful little shack to shop for souvenirs and you’re not gonna see all of it in your first stop. I find something different and unique every time I visit. From fresh seafood to beautiful trinkets to keep or give as a gift. The staff are amazing too. So friendly and helpful.
