I am not sure of her name, but this woman is an angel in disguise. She was present even when Panama City got snowed in for the first time in 30 years. She made sure the guests were fed a warm, hearty breakfast. Everything is kept well stocked, and she is always cleaning tables once they are cleared. While I was getting breakfast one day, she asked what I would like for breakfast the next day, based off a choice. "What would you prefer, a cheese omelet or a western omelet?" "A western one, please!" "You got it, sweetie." Sure enough, the western omelets were present and delicious. Its the small things that make a difference, and this is absolute key memory of mine that made this stay different from the rest.

Amazing,I will never be able to say enough good things about the staff. From the moment we called to the time we checked out, everyone was friendly and caring. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. Our stay was for a loved one being in the hospital at ascension sacred heart/bay medical,very conveniently located.

The hotel and staff were a safe comforting haven for us in the storm and interruption to our vacation plans. We were able to check into our room early,. The hotel facility was clean and quiet. The pool was a clean relaxing place to unwind.

The staff was great. Housekeeping staff tended to our room each day.

We had a maintenance issue that was promptly and cheerfully addressed by Sheldon.

In addition to Sheldon, I would like to mention great service by Crystal M at the front desk, Carol from breakfast room, and Sabrina and Khiley. All staff were receptive to our requests and interactions with us.

Overall, the staff and environment helped create a calm reassuring place for us to retreat while we waited for the storm to blow over on the other side of the state.

Hotel located away from downtown Panama City. Good for guest who wants a quiet area. Food outlets within 10 mins drive. Good standard breakfast. Comfortable bed. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Beds are not that soft. Loud noise from other guest in the hall way and the elevator noise. Disability room and it had a tub and not a walk in shower for someone in a wheelchair. Extra room had no tv. Bathroom had no AC or heat. Craftsmanship of last remold is poor. Just to name a few things.

Positive: This hotel offers a good selection of breakfast options. The staff are nice and the hotel is clean. Negative: The bathroom sink drains very slowly but since we are only there for 3 nights I asked the staff to have it serviced after we leave. There is only 1 entrance to the parking lot.

Bobo

Negatives: 1. AC/heater - set at 68 but would not stop running. Room got so hot had turn on/off numerous times throughout the night.

2. No cold water in bathroom sink

3. Refrigerator was so loud had to unplug when went to bed.

Pluses: 1. Comfortable bed, 2. Wi-Fi speed okay 3. Breakfast choices 4. Pre check in went well

I had two great staff help me. When I left the hotel, the dark haired woman (whose name I do not know) called me about 10 minutes after I left to tell me my dress was found hanging in the closet. Because of that call, was able to turn around before I was 10 miles away. Next, I needed a copy of my bill and the on-line portal refused to work. I called and Crystal was able to send me a copy of my bill.

My only issue was that I selected this hotel as it has a Tesla charger and it was broken. There was a 2nd charger that also did not work. Thus, would like to see both chargers fixed. If you are an EV driver, call before you arrive to make sure the chargers are working.
