These guys ARE AWESOME they helped me to retrieve the info out of a Fold 4 due to a motherboard issue not allowing it to turn on after several attempts with other companies I try them and worked out like a champ. Word of advice save everything in your Gmail and Samsung accounts you'll regret it if you don't

Stay away from this store, they KNOWINGLY sell phones that will have signal issues and then hold you to restocking fees of 15%. As a customer you end up with a phone that has signal compatible to those back in the 2000's.

Don't get fooled by their "promotions"

Zero customer service. If you have T-Mobile go next door to their store you will save money and the headache of dealing with store employees who go to the back of the store to supposedly speak to their non existent supervisors.

Do what's right for your customers and you will start seeing better reviews.

Terrible. The employees barely speak English and they sell phones unlocked for the LATIN AMERICA MARKET, NOT US MARKET. DO NOT BUY AN UNLOCKED PHONE FROM THIS STORE. Their unlocked phones are for bringing to a Latin American country. They didn't give us a receipt either. The phones came in Spanish and when we called them, they told us that it is a Latin America store. Nowhere at the store or anywhere is it advertised that the place sells Latin America devices only. DO NOT GO HERE.

We will never buy another single thing from Samsung ever again ! We traded our perfect phones for new ones. We mailed our phones back per instructions and they notified us our phones were broken. Our phones were not broken. Just send me my phone back and I will send you thos new phone. The s24 has been nothing but trouble. I have to restart it every other day because the phone does not work. I cannot make calls or text without restarting first!

Horrible they are just as good as the kiosk you see around the mall they don't carry much for phone unless you have a device that just come out the attendant thought my galaxy fold 2 which I paid $2000 for was a joke they had nothing for me to buy besides a new phone. Not much to experience I got better service ordering from Ali express my items arive in 12 days. Treat all your customers well guys.
