My mother and I were shopping in here today for her birthday. My mom is 75 years old today and suddenly needed to use the restroom. The employee laughed and told her to go across the street to the park and that by law they did not have to provide a bathroom. They were so rude whether or not they provided facilities or not. I will not ever go back. Thanks for making my mom’s day special hamricks employees. Such sad customer service.

Hammer’s was great for us. It ended up raining on the day that we were out and we were soaking wet, so we stopped by and all found a change of clothes for relatively cheap. They welcomed us in however and the service was kind. If you ever need something for cheap and quickly and you are in the area, see if Hammer’s has what you need before ordering off Amazon.

They used to have discounted prices compared to anywhere to find women’s clothing. Prices are “discounted” but the clothings is around $40 each. Selection is nothing like it was compared to years ago. A lot of tacky grave flowers.

This store is great. I shopped here today for their News Year sale. I bought some beautiful fabric yardage. Very reasonable prices. Most definitely visit this store.

Purchased these shorts at Hammer's Fort Payne. Both pairs had broken zippers. Brought them back to the store. Was told this was why they were discounted, and could not be returned. Who in today's day and age would buy a pair of shorts of $6.99 to have to replace the zipper!!
Follow up . . . I did get an email from Robert Hammer apologizing and indicated that I could return the shorts.
