I love thrifting and it’s unfortunate that this establishment hates to provide customer service. The blonde woman could not be bothered and had an extreme attitude when I asked to look at locked items. My son asked to see the vintage knifes and because I wasn’t standing next to him when he asked she had him waiting forever until I had to intervene and ask again. She was very bothered that I asked to see more than one item in a locked case and made the whole process uncomfortable and awkward because of her attitude. I thought maybe the blonde woman was just having a bad day but she was talking to her coworker very enthusiastically until she had to help customers. I say she’s more on the entitled side, nose turned up to the air. Save your money and go where you are appreciated. 👍

I’ve been to Magnolia and Willow many times and usually love browsing through their unique selection. However, today’s visit was disappointing. The man with glasses and the woman with blonde hair didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. When I walked in, they didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help, which made me feel unwelcome. I normally enjoy taking my time in vintage stores, but today I felt rushed and uncomfortable. I ended up quickly browsing, which isn’t how I like to shop here. I’m extremely disappointed by this visit and hope my next one will be better. I really hope I don't have to deal with this kind of service again.

FRIENDLY SERVICE. GREETED WITH A SMILE AND WAS NOT FOLLOWED AROUND, LIKE AT OTHER ANTIQUE STORES. PLENTY OF GOOS STUFF. REASONABLE PRICES. I EVEN FOUND SOMETHING OF MY LIKING,AND WAS SURPRISED AT THE REALLY LOW PRICE. WILL BE RETURNING SOON, LOTS OF STUFF I'M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING.

Gem! This is probably one of the biggest antique stores I've been to around the San Pedro, Long Beach, Wilmington, Harbor City, & Carson area. There is tons to look at and there is always atleast one vendor who is having a sale in their booth.
The prices vary but are pretty reasonable for the most part. It may seem cramped but it's just the layout of the store. Keep walking! The store has different litter rooms.
Every 3 months they have a storewide sale and every booth gives a discount percentage. Super fun.
They have street parking and no parking lot.
They take order over the phone if you're doing local pickup, and even offer shipping. Staff is amazing!
