ATTENTION TO EVERYONE !!!!!!! I would rate my experience at this location a zero stars. On Monday, November 4, 2024 at around 11:00 a.m. I was looking at their on line shoe selection, I called to verify that a shoe was in stock and was advised by a woman that it was in stock. I called again at 5:10 p.m. before leaving my house to verify the shoe was still in stock as I live over an hour away from this store and was assured the shoe was still indeed in stock and that she remember verifying with me this morning when I showed up to purchase the shoe after waiting in store for about 30 min was told that the shoe was not in stock even though it's listed on line and was told not once but twice they had it. The customer service was very disappointing as I wasn't even offered any other possible options or discounts for their negligence.

Recommendations: if you plan to shop here call to verify for an item in stock make sure that the person verifies the item is there physically and whoever is in charge of their online inventory should have their website updated to current date.

My family and I came to eat locally. The business was closed, so I took the opportunity to go window shopping, so I thought of private sneakers.

I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes, low and behold they had multiple on display, even a new style new balance

I have often wondered what lies behind these closed doors. When I say closed I mean locked ! As we went to open the door. Low and behold, Manny unlocks the door! I had to ask why they were locked. Unfortunately, folks can walk in and out without paying. So doors are kept locked.

Personally, I enjoyed my 40-minute shopping experience alone with my family having Manny to ourselves to ask questions regarding New Balance shoes. I may have never bought one pair, let alone two pairs, without his personal assistance.

I seen these very new new balance shoes, half open grey shoes on the shelf. Manny mentioned these were their newest in store. He brought me 3 different pairs until I had the perfect fit. I'm taking them @ $150.00

Manny did the same for my mother in law. She was a bit more challenging in shoe. You see, she is petite with the smallest foot I've ever known for an adult. Manny brought several different new balance shoes. He finally brought out a 4 1/2 new balance 9060 in dark blue shoe (kids) @ $110.00. Add those to my order as well.

Why I like new balance shoes they come Wide, I have a big wide foot. The stability, balance, and shock absorption. Overall, quality shoes are out the door.

Overall experience with Manny and Johnny 5 stars, Atmosphere was poppin' when I was not taking photos I was dancing. The beats were great. 5 stars

Had a drawing scheduled for s8me bikes and postponed ut yntil 9/30/2023. They ended up canceling it as they inly had t people show up then said they needed atleast 10 people present to do the raffle. What kind of business is that? Is that what you do and how you treat regular customers? I will never buy your products again. Wish I could sue you for false advertising.

Great store with unique shoes and apparel including some unusual designs for MLB/NBA teams. Great friendly customer service. Free transfer of merchandise from their other locations if your shoe size isn't in store.

Home away from home with some of the coolest staff I've ever met.
Owner use to be an amazing person that understands and loves the sneaker community!
I believe he's going through a tough time right now and will start valuing his customers again soon. The staff are still awesome

Update It's been about 6 months since Gus (the owner) changed the way shoes were bought at his store. He claimed he was changing it this way to protect customers and employees from violence. The new method of first come first serve as long as you're wearing specific color-coded merchandise has brought more violence to his store in the last 6 months than ever before. People are pulling out guns knives and constant threats are happening. Police have been called multiple times.

in the past you'd buy merchandise for a raffle ticket. If you had 20 pieces of merchandise you'd get 20 tickets. No one waited for 20 hours and was cutting the line or holding spots and putting out ghost chairs, there was no hostility. People who got tons of tickets spent tons of money and it made sense.

Gus would even preach in front of his Long Beach store that the more merchandise you had the more tickets you get. Lots of people spend over $500 on merchandise on his word only to have it changed weeks later with no offer from him to return the merchandise for breaking the agreement that was set.

At first I thought, if he's doing it for the safety of his employees that makes sense however this new method is more dangerous.
Now I think he just wants something bad to happen at his store so he's in the newspaper for it and all over the media. It's clear he doesn't care about the safety of his employees or his customers.

Please change it back to the way things used to be. Don't let the Pride behind being wrong keep you from doing the right thing.

Sweet find, dope store with all the latest kicks and dope gear! Went in looking for something fresh and found their Villain gear - Kings shirt 🔥, oh and the female cashier she bad bad! Will be coming back for more fresh gear

So forget about what I said on my last Review . I got a call from the owner and they really cared to fix the situation, he was able to give me an unclaimed pair and that’s more than enough .. the fact that he cared Enough to call and want to fix issue says it all about this store. They go above and beyond for there community and there customers, been spending cash here for 6+ yrs will definitely be coming back for years to come.

Called the store and the gentleman set aside a pair of NMDs. I really appreciate him doing that for me as I had to drive an hour to get down to Long Beach. The store is a VIBE. Really impressive selection of Nikes. Check this place out!
